House opposite the Marina

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. Opposite the house there is a lighthouse and marina and next to it there is a very nice walking park. The beach is within walking distance (1km). On the other side of the house there is a public tennis court. There are bars and restaurants nearby. 3 km away there is a shopping center and markets. 10 km away is the airport and inside the house, Netflix and internet can be used unlimitedly. Please note that this house is a basement.

The Belle River marina and Rochester golf course are only minutes away. Outside has a small bbq, beautiful sitting area with a propane firetable, dining area, and access to the water via ladder. Kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, fishing, and swimming are a few of the amenities to enjoy.

Fisherman Haven - right off the canal

This is a great place for fisherman, couples, and families that wants a cabin experience without having to drive 2-3 hours up north. The house sits on the Fox Creek canal. You will have access to 3 private boat docks that are located 60 feet behind the house. The canal provides you access to Lake St Clair and the Detroit River. The house has been totally remodeled and has a modern look and feel. There is room for 3 vehicles and 2 trailers behind a secure gate.
