Holiday rentals with lake access in Tea Gardens

Such a lovely getaway with the kids. We all loved the pool table, games and most of all the hot tub! The house was lovely, surrounded by nature. All rooms were comfy. I will note no shampoo, conditioner and body wash was supplied so we had to duck out to grab some. Thanks for the stay! We’d happily stay again.

Amazing! Ainslie and Dan were fantastic hosts & the property just delightful, well and truly exceeding our expectations. The property is well furnished, beautifully styled, immaculate and well equipped with everything you could possible need for a relaxing stay. The additional fridge and pantry items were a lovely surprise and meant we could settle in without the need to feel rushed to get the shops. The location was perfect being so close to essential amenities with the views of Lake Macquarie just superb. We particularly enjoyed having our morning coffee out on the balcony watching the sunrise. Everlong is a lovely place that is nestled in a quiet street close to the beach, shops and local food options. The place is clean, cosy and has all the amenities that you could need. The kitchen has a great little coffee machine with pods provided, the bathrooms where modern, clean and the bath is awesome. Plus there were great laundry facilities. Lisa provided us with great options for local meals as we were from Perth and also help us with some flexibility on check-in due to us flying into Newcastle early on our check-in date. This was very helpful for a little nap. Overall we had a great time and when we return to the area, we would be looking to stay here again.

We had a lovely family getaway at this beautiful home. The space itself is spacious, well-designed, and perfect for spending quality time together—especially with the pool and outdoor area, which have so much potential for relaxing and making memories. Although we encountered a few hiccups during our stay, the host was incredibly responsive and proactive in addressing them, which we really appreciated. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests' experience. With a bit more attention to detail, this property could be a standout holiday home. We’re grateful for the hospitality and would be happy to return in the future. Thank you again for hosting us!

Where to start! We had a magical weekend at this beautiful place! From the easy check in with Stephan greeting us like a friend, to the private surrounds, beautiful gardens, comfortable bed and beautiful fireplace, it truly was a lovely weekend. My partner proposed to me during our stay so this Airbnb will always be super special to us. Cannot wait to return ❤️

We had a really comfortable stay in Warwick's apartment. Everything is as described, great location, quiet, easy, and Warwick is great to deal with. Even though it's freezing outside the apartment stays warm. Would stay again.

Really enjoyed our night stay with Maureen - great location with an easy walk to everything you need. Maureen was fabulous to deal with - welcoming on arrival and really helpful throughout our stay. Loved the details of the accomodation.

Bernadette’s place is a great find! Beautiful view overlooking the pool and lake, and the complimentary coffee/tea/cookies were a nice touch. Bed was also super comfy! Would definitely stay here again

Beth is a warm and gracious host and the studio is really spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was a generous complimentary selection of snacks and fruits, which was an extremely welcoming touch in case you were a bit peckish on arrival. The garden is a beautiful space in which to relax as well - I just wished we'd had time to try out the BBQ! Beth's place is within striking distance of Palm Beach or Avalon Beach and we always walked (allow 30-40 minutes to either); alternatively, the #199 bus services Barrenjoey Road every 5-10 minutes. We found Beth's place to be an excellent base for enjoying and exploring the area and highly recommend this place to others.

A wonderful weekend spent here, view of Brisbane Water from balcony. Short walk to scenic waterfront, Gosford Sailing Club, Fisherman’s Wharf, and close to Gosford and Erina Fair, Terrigal beach and other attractions. Quiet, comfortable and lovely decor. A great place to stay , close to the shops , the beach and the lake all in walking distance. The Unit a one bedroom apartment is very clean and tidy , it had everything we need to make our stay pleasant , we look forward to staying there again in the future

Loved sitting on the verandah having a cup of tea and watching the birds and hearing the ocean. Beds very comfy, beautiful, relaxing space and enjoyed your dog Coco and cat Hazel coming to check on us. Will definately tell my friends about your place, and am sure, when given the opportunity, we will be back.

We had a relaxing stay at Mark's place, the location is amazing, right across from the beach and next to lagoon. 2 min walk to shops and 10 min walk to surf club, made it a very handy location. The decor was excellent, Mark has carried out a great renovation on the little beach house, it was very warm and inviting for duration of our stay.

Absolutely loved our stay! The view was lovely— the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway. We spent hours relaxing by the fireplace, which made the whole place feel so cozy and calming. The location is great, with tons of amazing restaurants just minutes away. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot

We had a beautiful weekend away at Cox’s cottage. It was so quiet and the views, especially at sunset, were unreal. It was a great escape from the city to unwind for a few days! The cottage itself is so charming and Jeremy and Annette were very responsive.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakefront property! The views were absolutely stunning – waking up to the calm water just outside our window was magical, as was the serene sunset. It was spotless, beautifully styled, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing two-night stay, including a cheese platter provided. It was the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy nature, and soak in the peaceful surroundings. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene getaway right on the water!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Moneesha’s cottage. From the moment we arrived, Moneesha was incredibly hospitable. She kindly let us check in early and check out late, which made our trip even more relaxing. The cottage itself was peaceful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The serene setting by Lake Munmorah made it a truly restful escape. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily return!

Howard’s love shack was beautiful and cozy, comfortable bed and enjoyed the views and the outdoor fire. Fishing was interesting, wanted to catch a fish but ended up catching a couple of eels. Had a lovely weekend and will be back soon.

We enjoyed staying at this place. The amenities within the place are amazing and well thought. Simone is also very helpful in giving recommendations of places to visit in the area.

The stay was great. Joy and Lynelle were wonderful hosts. Amazing view, the north facing balcony let’s you soak in the sunshine all day long,definitely recommend for those looking for a weekend getaway in Central Coast area!
