Holiday rentals with lake access in Tea Gardens

Such a lovely getaway with the kids. We all loved the pool table, games and most of all the hot tub! The house was lovely, surrounded by nature. All rooms were comfy. I will note no shampoo, conditioner and body wash was supplied so we had to duck out to grab some. Thanks for the stay! We’d happily stay again.

Lovely stay in Smiths lake, feel like you’re up in the trees. Note there is a steep driveway and many stairs to get into the home.

we loved our stay at Annettes place, super peaceful location with multiple outdoor settings for aperos or eating under the stairs, and cosy indoors with good heating for the cold winter evenings! we loved taking the kayaks out on the water for a very safe paddle and plenty of garden games like cricket, football, petanque to keep everyone entertained. Fraser and Annettes instructions and local recommendations were perfect, highly recommended!

We had a really comfortable stay in Warwick's apartment. Everything is as described, great location, quiet, easy, and Warwick is great to deal with. Even though it's freezing outside the apartment stays warm. Would stay again.

Really enjoyed our night stay with Maureen - great location with an easy walk to everything you need. Maureen was fabulous to deal with - welcoming on arrival and really helpful throughout our stay. Loved the details of the accomodation.

Bernadette’s place is a great find! Beautiful view overlooking the pool and lake, and the complimentary coffee/tea/cookies were a nice touch. Bed was also super comfy! Would definitely stay here again

Beth is a warm and gracious host and the studio is really spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was a generous complimentary selection of snacks and fruits, which was an extremely welcoming touch in case you were a bit peckish on arrival. The garden is a beautiful space in which to relax as well - I just wished we'd had time to try out the BBQ! Beth's place is within striking distance of Palm Beach or Avalon Beach and we always walked (allow 30-40 minutes to either); alternatively, the #199 bus services Barrenjoey Road every 5-10 minutes. We found Beth's place to be an excellent base for enjoying and exploring the area and highly recommend this place to others.

A wonderful weekend spent here, view of Brisbane Water from balcony. Short walk to scenic waterfront, Gosford Sailing Club, Fisherman’s Wharf, and close to Gosford and Erina Fair, Terrigal beach and other attractions. Quiet, comfortable and lovely decor. All amenities needed for a comfortable stay in the apartment. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Shubo.

Loved sitting on the verandah having a cup of tea and watching the birds and hearing the ocean. Beds very comfy, beautiful, relaxing space and enjoyed your dog Coco and cat Hazel coming to check on us. Will definately tell my friends about your place, and am sure, when given the opportunity, we will be back.

A great place to stay , close to the shops , the beach and the lake all in walking distance. The Unit a one bedroom apartment is very clean and tidy , it had everything we need to make our stay pleasant , we look forward to staying there again in the future

We had a relaxing stay at Mark's place, the location is amazing, right across from the beach and next to lagoon. 2 min walk to shops and 10 min walk to surf club, made it a very handy location. The decor was excellent, Mark has carried out a great renovation on the little beach house, it was very warm and inviting for duration of our stay.

Brendon’s place is beautiful! The view is gorgeous and it was such a lovely stay. The fire made the house especially cosy and we loved having brekkie on the deck enjoying the sun. Brendon is also super kind and helpful. Really appreciated his responsiveness and how he ensured we had everything we needed.

We had a beautiful weekend away at Cox’s cottage. It was so quiet and the views, especially at sunset, were unreal. It was a great escape from the city to unwind for a few days! The cottage itself is so charming and Jeremy and Annette were very responsive.

Howard’s love shack was beautiful and cozy, comfortable bed and enjoyed the views and the outdoor fire. Fishing was interesting, wanted to catch a fish but ended up catching a couple of eels. Had a lovely weekend and will be back soon.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Moneesha’s cottage. From the moment we arrived, Moneesha was incredibly hospitable. She kindly let us check in early and check out late, which made our trip even more relaxing. The cottage itself was peaceful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The serene setting by Lake Munmorah made it a truly restful escape. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily return!

Simone's little cottage was a delight. Loved the location. Was very quiet, although one of our nights the neighbours little dog barked long enough to wake us, but didn't bark all night. I would definitely stay again. I would just advise other guests that are use to a King bed that was our only issue but definitely NOT a deal breaker. Lots of options to sleep separately if its only the 2 of you and simone is aware that you need to use 2 beds. We had an issue with the kettle the first night and Simone dropped a replacement down within 5 mins of me messaging her. Her attention to detail was outstanding. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ken & Cathy’s lake house! The cottage is lovely and cozy, with a charming wood fire that kept us warm during the cold winter nights. The location is perfect, offering stunning sunsets over the lake—a truly magical sight to end each day. Ken & Cathy’s communication was exceptional, providing a detailed app with all the information guests might need. This was incredibly helpful and made our stay seamless and stress-free. Beyond the lake house, we had a fantastic weekend exploring the area and discovering the beautiful beaches nearby. We had a wonderful stay at Annabelle’s place! It’s just a short drive to the beach—with a beautiful outlook from the house. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Annabelle was a fantastic host: warm, helpful, and full of great suggestions for local places to visit. She was also very accommodating with our checkout time, which we really appreciated. Being introduced to her lovely horses on the property was an added a special touch. Highly recommend!
