Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Tea Gardens

Roger and Robyn came to welcome us and were nice enough to provide some basic ingredients for our first breakfast! We felt at home right away and the location was perfect. There were a few spiders and a cockroach during our stay, but it is to be expected in Australia! We loved the place overall ☺️

SeaPod was the perfect location for a getaway visit to Sydney with my 2 daughters. We explored the local natural environment with trail runs, walks and particularly loved the morning swim in the ocean pool. Spectacular views from every room of the ocean, the surfers, the dolphins and the waves were highlights of our experience. We would love to come back in the near future.

A beautiful house in a fantastic spot near Birubi beach and the Tomaree Coastal walk. The layout is great and the house is very stylish. The spa was awesome. Seem small at first but really deep and heats up within 2.5 hours. Plenty of space in the house for a family of 5. Walkable to Birubi beach (10 mins) which is patrolled with a cafe and is great for boogie boarding. Join the coastal walk only 1 min walk away, bring hiking boots as can be a bit muddy/rocky.

Richard was a fantastic host! The accommodation was comfortable, and in a great location. It is a very family-friendly place, with everything we needed to feel right at home. Communication was smooth and easy throughout our stay. I truly felt welcomed and would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families, visiting the area. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean and cozy. we appreciated the thoughtful touches, the check in was smooth and easy. A great property to base yourself while in Shoal Bay. 10 minute walks into Shaol Bay, or to the beaches. To have Wreck beach 10 minute walk from your door is fantastic. Beds are extremely comfortable and the house was perfect for what we wanted. If we do get the opportunity to visit Shoal Bay again, we defiantly hope to stay here again.

Perfect air bnb for our trip, being able to bring our fur baby was even better especially with an enclosed back yard! Would recommend and stay there again! Thankyou!

Nicky was friendly and a pleasure to deal with from the outset. The property was exactly what we expected as a result of seeing the photos in her listing and very comfortable and extremely clean. The view out the front of the unit across the water was amazing. The beds and linen were wonderful, so we slept soundly each night, and the kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed, so much so, that we felt it was our own. We couldn't speak highly enough about our stay, so happy to return sometime and to recommend it to anyone looking for a quality property at an awesome location. Thank you Nicky.

This place was the perfect place to stay while attending a birthday party nearby. We were continually entertained by the attention to detail and thoughtful inclusions to make our stay enjoyable. Spinning the old vinyls on the original 1960s record player was fun. Especially loved the old Beach Boys album. Good vibrations all round! A fun, funky and different place to stay.

Absolutely loved our stay in this cosy, clean, and super quiet home in Greta. Perfectly located just 15 minutes from the wineries, it was the ideal base for a busy wedding weekend. The property is peaceful and beautifully maintained – we only wish we had more time to enjoy it! There were horses and a little sausage dog named Wonka who definitely deserve a shoutout. We’ll be back

Loved the view from the loungeroom & balcony. Everything was neat & tidy. Lots of books, DVDs, etc. Great smart TV. Beds were comfy. Nice & roomy apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Had a lovely time.

Amazing stay at Elizabeth’s beautiful property! We were blown away by how beautiful it is, with the sounds of nature to help us relax.

Nestled a few streets back from the beach, the location was private and peaceful and only a 20 min walk to the bay. All the amenities are well maintained and was spotlessly clean awaiting our arrival.

Great little apartment for 2 people. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need, and huge bathroom. Comfy bed, great location, and perfect accommodation for a weekend away. We met Terry and he was great :)

Nice place with walking distance to the beach. Will definitely come back again during summer time. Loni is very responsive and helpful.

The apartment and the amenities are outstanding. We returned here because we had to extend staying away from our house because of renovations. This was our first choice and u cannot recommend it enough. What really does need highlighted is how much of an outstanding history Connie is. She was so understanding, compassionate, super friendly and flexible. She deserves 10 stars.

Absolutely stunning place – the views were incredible and the location right on the beach made it extra special. Super clean, beautifully styled, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Would definitely come back!

This accomodation was outstanding. Great location and the unit was equipped with everything you needed including some thoughtful items like a coffee machine, condiments in the fridge to a variety of tea and coffee selections. Communication was on point with step by step instructions on how to access the unit and Mark was very reactive to emails. The outlook was amazing, listening to the sound of the waves and the sunsets ❤️. I will be back..

This stay was amazing. It had all the amenities you needed for a nice weekend away and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The host was very kind and responded to messages promptly. Would highly recommend this stay.

Wow, this garden apartment is fabulous. Arrival was easy & straight forward. On entering, I was pleasantly surprised. The apartment is so spacious, bright & airy and the proportions are very generous. A rare find indeed. The kitchen is lovely with everything you could possibly need. The bedroom is roomy and the bed devine, so comfortable. The bathroom is large & bright with a spacious shower & a separate bath.. There is a well equipped gym and a lovely swimming pool, all on the same level as the apartment.. both well used by us.. We loved it so much that we will make a night stop, room only, on our return.

The place was beautiful the views were stunning too. The place was perfect size for a family, with all the amenities you would need. The house was also spotless and the location was great too, central to everything! It was also easy to check in.
