Such a cosy spot and would highly recommend. Five minutes to the beach / cafes. Gorgeous! Thank you ☺️ we will be back - especially for that outdoor bath under the stars!

Another Perfect Stay – Highly Recommend! This was my second time staying at this Airbnb, and it was just as amazing as the first. The Blue House - Piha Retreat

This luxurious mountain-top eerie offering spectacular views over Auckland's iconic Piha Beach was the setting for a recent 'Big Chill'-style Easter reunion with old friends. The gorgeous open-plan kitchen, dining and living room provided the focus for the group to reminsice about our youthful exploits at Piha over wine, fine food and chocolate easter eggs. There is sleeping available for eight, though there were only six of us. The house has all the mod-cons, including a beautiful stereo system, featuring creamy-sounding Linn speakers. We spent hours reading and chilling in beautiful designer chairs, or looking out at the panoramic view of Lion Rock. One suggestion is the deck is crying out for built-in barbecue, though I imagine council regulations might prevent that. Also, Piha is (STILL, after 40 years) woefully under-serviced by shops, so make sure you load up on everything (including wine and beer) in Auckland beforehand. A truly memorable weekend.

Lovely unit/apartment with everything needed. Very tidy and the location was great, amongst residential homes and was very quiet. We were attending a wedding in Kumeu so the location as ideal.
