Fantastic house for our young family, we stayed in August and it was nice and warm. Location is great, as well as the view. Good value for money. Really loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom and having the heat pump on when we arrived was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place, handy to the University and the cable car to get down to the city. Perfect for what we needed.

Honestly, no notes. House is gorgeous! A quintessential Thorndon Villa. The beds are comfy. Hot water plentiful, the kitchen a cook's dream and central heating no less! Favourite spot was the 2 person table in the bay window. Wonderful Welly views in either direction - Victorian Villas up on the hillside, misty Town Belt trees on the other. Sunny and airy when the sun shone, also cosy and dry when that southerly invariably descends. I'm already daydreaming about a girls trip this spring and trying to book Kristen's place again. 5/5 stars!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Sarah is a fantastic host, and incredibly helpful. The house is simply stunning and the area is the perfect place for a quiet getaway with breathtaking views! Definitely would stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay. The townhouse was in a great location, and the townhouse was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. This place made our trip to Wellington special.

Great location away from the CBD. Very nice, private, and comfortable place to spend a few days in Wellington. Perfect, if you're planning on spending some time at Zealandia. It was peaceful to wake up to a great view of the sunrise covering the hills and native birds flying about. We spotted Wood Pigeons, Tui, and Kaka birds from the property. Spacious place. Wish we had stayed longer.

The views the views the views! The private cable car was such a fun amenity! Elenor was so easy to talk to- we had a slight heating issue and she was quick to jump on a call and offer up solutions-it was so kind and generous The house is large and spacious and we loved walking to the botanical gardens from he house. Would happily stay again is ever passing through Wellington again.

Absolutely fantastic stay in Wellington! Clare’s place was clean, warm, and very quiet — a real haven in the heart of the city. The location is perfect for exploring central Wellington, with everything just a short walk away. The beds were super comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. Free parking and EV charging was a huge bonus. Clare was a wonderful host with excellent communication throughout. Highly recommended — thanks so much, Clare!

Marykate was an excellent host. We arrived early and she went out of her way to meet us and make sure we were comfortable. The place is very cool and very clean. Right in the thick of restaurants and everything we wanted and needed to do in Wellington. We went for a graduation and could not have had a better location. Had a fabulous time!

What a perfect spot. So central yet quiet and beautifully fitted out. The little touches like bathrobes, marshmallows for the hot chocolate and a bikkie for a cuppa were lovely. The added discovery of a cool whiskey bar downstairs (not that you would have known!) was a treat. Would definitely recommend.

Shelly was an amazing host and paid personal attention for why we were there. She gave us a heads up prior to arriving regarding a plumbing issue in the building(being her control of course). She had nice little gifts waiting for us upon arrival. Since the weather was pretty cold, she sent a message as to where extra blankets, heaters and hot water bottles were. I then ended up staying an extra two nights as I just didn’t want to leave. The apartment is away from the Main Street. It gets really warm in the afternoon from the sun. There’s everything you need in the kitchen. Bathroom is nicely stocked with very nice smelling products. Living room is very comfortable with a great TV. Bedrooms are nice too. Would definitely recommend staying. Close to everything you need in the city. There’s no carpark but carpark building is only across the road.

Arriving for a very cold Wellington weekend, we found our lodging to be warm and cosy. Fiona had left freshly baked Anzac biscuits to welcome us, and a still warm, home baked loaf of bread arrived later in the afternoon. With the fresh fruit, meusli, yogurt and home made jams and preserves, also provided we enjoyed a feast each morning for breakfast. The bed was super comfy made up with high quality linens and pillows. The shower was hot and had strong water pressure. Fiona was a wonderful host, we appreciated her kind gestures and easy communication. We loved the proximity to family in Aro valley and the very short walk or Uber trip to reach Wellington City. We will certainly stay here again and will highly recommend this airbnb to friends and family.

Great place to stay. Walking distance to restaurants, water, bars & shopping. Kelley was a fantastic host, very responsive & offered great advice. The place was spotless with great facilities. Loved the place & highly recommend.

Couldn’t be happier with our stay. We were greeted on arrival, with quick and timely responses as we made our way to the location. Immediately we felt right at home. A booklet was provided with information for all the amenities, alongside recommendations. The apartment was very warm and inviting, and the beds were really comfortable- we all slept incredibly well! Check in and check out we’re really easy and flexible, and it was nice to have a space for us all to chill together! Thank you 😊

Mike & Ruth are lovely hosts, very helpful + kind in accommodating our schedule. Little Havana is a unique, funky apartment in one of Wellington's impressive historical buildings, right in the heart of Cuba Street. Our Uber driver dropped us on the Cnr of Dixon & Cuba and it's a short walk up the pedestrian mall. The instructions for access are detailed with pictures, which makes for a very secure complex. Big wooden doors open into entryway; choose the cute little lift or walk up the large, wide stairwell. The destination floor is a creatively designed indoor/outdoor space that makes you feel you're in a little street. Opening the pink door to the apartment the first thing we noticed was the light from the big windows and skylights. Beautifully styled with colour and crafted art. Very generously provisioned with pantry, fridge, bathroom supplies, quality eco products & thoughtful extras. We're looking forward to staying there again.

Grace’s apartment is extremely well located for a short visit to Wellington, minutes to Lambton Quay and all the transport options and shopping available there. Considering it is located in the CBD the traffic and city noise is not intrusive , even with the bedroom window open. Lovely selection of tea and coffee available, good cooking facilities should you want to self cater.

Myself and two mates stayed at this Airbnb for two nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This Airbnb is very cozy and relaxing. We felt we were staying in a lovely cottage. Toast, coffee, tea, and more was provided was well. Can't recommend this Airbnb enough.

Great place to stay! Would definitely recommend and use again! Clean, tidy, definitely felt like home had everything we needed! Nice quality linen, comfortable furnishings. Love that there was a full bottle of milk to make delicious coffees (supplied) in the morning. Great views and fantastic location especially if you’re wanting to hit town! Cool to be able to use the pool facilities while staying. Love the touch of kids books for bedtime. All round great stay!
