What a perfect spot. So central yet quiet and beautifully fitted out. The little touches like bathrobes, marshmallows for the hot chocolate and a bikkie for a cuppa were lovely. The added discovery of a cool whiskey bar downstairs (not that you would have known!) was a treat. Would definitely recommend.

Sam’s lovely apartment very quickly became my home away from home in Wellington and New Zealand on the whole. The apartment is cozy and classy at the same time. Sufficiently comfortable to host guests and a good amount of space for one person, a couple, or small family. Sam and his team are incredibly kind and responsive, in a timely fashion, to any inquiry. The location in Wellington could not be more perfect. It’s literally around the corner from most places you would likely want to go and steps from the gorgeous waterfront. The neighborhood is busy and can be loud, especially on the weekends for light sleepers, but nothing some earplugs cannot fix. The apartment is well equipped with supplies for a short or longer term stay. I had an amazing time and cannot recommend Sam and this apartment highly enough! Thank you, Sam!!

Great Air BnB for our three night Wellington stay. Very walkable to the City Centre but also close to a bus stop. Ten minutes uber from the airport. Had everything we needed. Will stay again when visiting family.

This is a wonderful, peaceful and beautifully appointed flat. So many thoughtful touches, such as soft lighting options, a multitude of cookware options, copious cleaning supplies for tidying up during our stay, and delightfully luxurious bedding and linens. We loved feeling the comfort of a home as we prepared for an overseas move. The heated bathroom floor, strong and cozy heated towel rack, and efficient heat pump made for a warm and comfortable stay during a very rainy Wellington winter week.

Great value for money seeing as its located centrally. The rooms felt much bigger in person than the photos show. Extremely private and cosy, with the plants and decor creating a homely feel. Bed was firm and comfy with an electric blanket. Bathroom and kitchen facilities were above standard. Very quiet location, apart from the night time on Friday/Saturday (till midnight ish), in which Meredith provided ear plugs and suggestions on how to lessen the noise, which worked. I would highly reccommend Merediths AirBnb and would gladly stay here again.

Stayed for two nights to enjoy Wellington, and it was the perfect location for getting out and about. clean and secure and well appointed!

What a great little studio in a great location. I love my stay at Jenna's. The location is perfect. Close to Cuba street and an easy walk to the Waterfront. The bed was a dream and everything was well stocked. I'd stay here again for sure!

Staying at Rhys' apartment was well worth our money! A beautiful and clean place with all the needed things in the kitchen and bathroom. Elizabeth's Air BNB just exceeded our expectations. The apartment views looking out to the sea just breathtaking. The accommodation so comfortable, yet exceptionally stylish. She certainly has an eye for detail. It was like walking into a New York apartment in the skies. Perfect for the relaxing getaway we wanted. Beds so comfortable and linen sheets an added bonus. Will certainly be back and will use the hot tub next time! Thank you.

Stayed here for 4 nights as a solo traveler. The location is good for getting to the city centre either by bus from the road near the house or about 25 minutes walk steep hill then level walk most of the way. Feng is very helpful. There is a great view from the living room/dining room. The access to the property is down some fairly steep steps which have a hand rail at the side. Was very comfortable here and would stay again.
