The house was clean and great for our stay. The kitchen and living spaces were beautiful. The bedrooms were a good size and comfortable. The pool was clean and well kept. It was very nice. I wish I would have read all of the reviews earlier bc this happened to another person. When I initially booked it didn’t record that we had 8 people staying. I searched for that number but not sure why it didn’t automatically put that number in the actual booking. So when I confirmed the number of people with the host, he updated it & I was sent an additional invoice of around $50. If I knew that was the total final amount I may have went with different booking as there were several in the area in that price range. So be careful to double check you have the correct number already inserted when you book. The only other small issue was there are no full length mirrors. This was only a problem because we attended a formal event & had to wear gowns. Outside of that it was a fantastic stay.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at the river house!! The house was exceptionally clean, well maintained and had what our family needed to feel at home while on vacation. The views were stunning. The host Melissa was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We will absolutely stay here again!!😊

Our stay truly was a trip to paradise! The home is warm and inviting with plenty of accommodations. There are multiple bedrooms each with extra pillows, blankets, luggage racks, and coat hangers. There are even essentials for if you have a baby or kids- monitor, packnplay, crib, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking dishes and tools, and a keurig that came in clutch when we were in need of caffeine. Soap and sponge were provided along with a dishwasher being available. The dining room and living areas provided plenty of seating and a great space for family time. Several streaming services on the tv and a few board games were provided for entertainment. The office area was a nice touch as well. The pool area is well thought out with a security fence, plenty of towels, toys, life jackets, plenty of outdoor seating, and a outdoor shower. Overall, this was a fantastic Airbnb and I'm glad we had it for our stay!

Our recent stay here was fantastic! We have stayed at several AirB&Bs and this one far exceeded expectations. If you are considering a stay here, just do it! The house and amenities were exactly as described/pictured. Outdoor pool area was a private oasis! Everything you need or want, including great beach access, is within a 10 minute drive! We hope to return again next year.

This was the perfect house for a weeks getaway! Everything was a breeze! Phenomenal hosts answered any questions we had. The house was immaculate so clean made us feel right at home! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to book.

The house was spotless, very impressed by how pristine and clean everything was. Beautiful house exactly as pictured and about 10 minutes away from shopping and restaurants, and 30 minutesaway from the beach. We enjoyed the pool and the quiet neighborhood, would definitely stay again!

If I could give 10 stars I would! WOW! Gorgeous home! Extremely clean! Everything you need is here. The back yard is a little piece of Heaven! Crystal clean pool and hot tub! It’s so relaxing here. Peaceful. Birds were always singing birds walking down the street even a little bunny hopping around the yard. Beds were very comfortable and great showers! Everything in kitchen you need and more! I can’t say enough about this home! And Nancy was so very nice! Great location near restaurants stores and the water. We lived in the area for many years so we come here often this is definitely where I will be staying! I take these reviews seriously I have been to homes that aren’t what they say they are but this home delivered everything it said it had and more! Thank you Nancy!

This property was perfect for our stay. The a/c worked great. Lots of hot water for our large family. A well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. A large hot tub. A bonus screened building over the canal. My favorite was the porch swing overlooking the water. We saw lots of birds and a few river otters. Frankie met us at check in and showed us everything we needed to know about the property. He was extremely friendly and pleasant to talk with. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet. I would stay here again.

Booked a last minute trip to visit family and my booking was confirmed within minutes. House was spotless and was very nice inside. Our kids loved the pool and the shady patio was a great place to hangout and take a break from the sun. Travis was pleasant to talk to and made sure we knew he was only a phone call away if we needed anything.

This is the ideal accommodation for a few couples or a larger single family. The spacious kitchen and family room made it easy for our group of six to hang out and never feel cramped. Great location that was walkable to downtown Vero Beach shops, restaurants, and hotels where other family were staying for the wedding we were there to celebrate. The extra space and amenities in the home made it very easy for us all to get ready versus a cramped hotel room. Beautiful home and hope it remains so for many future guests!

From the start of our booking right up to the minute we left, Amy was superb. She always responded quickly and always helpful. We decided to arrive two days earlier and Amy was able to accommodate us, making sure the cleaning was done and everything was ready. The house was great and everything we expected. The pool was also a good size. We had a great time and will definitely book again next time we come to Florida.

This place was awesome as were the host. The house was very comfortable and super clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. I just can’t say enough about how great our stay was. We are definitely looking forward to visiting again next year.
