We booked Kates place to celebrate our parents 70th birthday and it did not disappoint! You absolutely get what you pay for at this stunning property. It is spacious, peaceful, has everything you could need for a blissful stay and is impeccably clean. A nice walk into town but far enough away that you don’t notice the school holiday crowds. Incredible views of the mountains, lush grounds around the property and styled to perfection. We would highly recommend Kates home to future guests. We had a fantastic stay at the Bright Tudor House! The home was incredibly spacious, perfect for our three family groups, with big rooms that gave everyone plenty of space to spread out. The kids especially loved the bunk beds and games room - hours of entertainment there! The house was warm and cosy, with a lovely fireplace and split heaters in every room, which made it perfect for chilly evenings. The kitchen was very well equipped, including all the utensils you could need and even a large air fryer, which came in handy. We also really appreciated the enclosed backyard - ideal for our small dogs to run around safely. The location was excellent too, just a short stroll to Bright's cafes, brewery, and restaurants. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a comfortable, well-appointed stay in Bright!

We spent so much of our time at Tatoonie enjoying the fabulous pool and outdoor entertaining area with bbq and fire pit and the views are just amazing. We also enjoyed the large living area (which also has spectacular views) with open fireplace, and the bonus of lots of free streaming services to choose from. The house is located conveniently central so we were able to enjoy short trips to Bright & Beechworth. Our host Pauline was very helpful throughout our stay. Loved our family weekend away and we look forward to returning one day soon.

Dan and Felicity’s place is the perfect place to stay in autumn, winter and spring. The full length double glazed north face windows means the house is warm at the end of the day and then there is the gorgeous warmth from the fire box. The view of the mountains, lamas and autumnal colours on the trees immediately in front were gorgeous from the living area and main bedroom. Loved the tips on bikeriding paths in the area. We cooked up a lovely meal on our second night and was lovely to share the space with our friends.

We loved the authenticity and ambience of the cottage and the peaceful surrounds. For those who live a nice open wood fire this is a perfect spot. All close to beautiful sites, especially Yackandandah and Beechworth.

Well located house with a lot of charm and many great spaces to enjoy your stay in. It was a very pleasant place for our family to stay.

Awesome Spot in Bright – Can’t Recommend It Enough Just got back from a stay at Linda’s place in Bright and honestly, it was unreal. The house is super comfortable, spotless, and has a really warm, welcoming vibe. It felt more like staying at a good friend’s home than a rental. Everything was easy from the start — Linda was great to deal with, really responsive and friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. She’s clearly put a lot of thought into the space. The kitchen was fully set up (even had decent coffee gear), the bed was really comfy, and there were heaps of little touches that made it feel extra special. The location is spot on — peaceful and quiet, but still really close to town. If you’re thinking of heading to Bright, definitely book this place.

The accommodation was cozy, clean, and full of rustic charm. We loved waking up to the sounds of nature and watching the beautiful landscape. The garden around the house and the badminton field was absolutely stunning, we enjoyed both ❤️ Weather your looking for quite retreat or family gateway than this is the perfect choice. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend. Go for it ❤️❤️❤️

Such a lovely retreat in beautiful and peaceful surrounds. We had everything we needed and the house was very comfortable with an inviting atmosphere. Aaron was very friendly and offered assistance at all times.

The stay was just perfect. The view from the property is spectacular. Couldn't have asked for more. The place is well furnished, and minute details are taken care of.

We had a great weekend staying at Georgia’s place. It was nice and cosy with the fire place and had amazing views of the mountains. Would love to come back.

Had a beautiful stay at The Glen. The autumn colours were stunning each window you looked out of. Cosy at night time, we enjoyed the open fire, as well as the outdoor fireplaces. Having the river in walking distance was a special treat. Perfect spot to relax, but to also use as a launchpad to the nearby areas of Rutherglen, Beechworth and Bright. Was a perfect escape.

Great reponse time and accomodating last minute. Nice tranquil stay, waking up the the wildlife out the backyard.

Jenny was a wonderful host! We were running a bit late, and she was quick to respond to my messages and kept in touch about our arrival. It was such a nice touch to arrive to a warm, cosy house with the fire already going. The property was easy to find, spotlessly clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Omeo is a peaceful little town, and the house was beautifully quiet — perfect for a relaxing stay.

This place was clean, warm and had everything we needed. The fire place was lovely, as well as the deck and gorgeous view of the mountains. We loved the starry night painting in the bedroom. Felt right at home.

We were stunned with the fantastic views we had to the mountains. From one bedroom we observed the most stunning red sunrise. The place has a few living areas, so we never get on top of each other. For nature lover this is the place to stay. There are a few recommendation for walk and hiking. On some even the dogs were allowed. The ripe figs on the trees in the backyard were a bonus. Also observing the many birds coming and feasting on the fruits. This is a place to relax and enjoy. Would recommend it anytime.

It was a brilliant stay! The house is much better than in photos and our expectations. Everything was very well equipped, very tastefully decorated and very well thought out. The surrounding area is very beautiful as well, we enjoyed having the horses in our backyard. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, serene and magical escape.

we loved the place. Narrelle and Steven are great host. they provided almost everything that we can just walk in. the place was spotless and very decorative. the balcony was amazing too.

Clear and easy checkin to a lovely, spacious stay. Rooms to fit everyone and a large living area for relaxing. Loved all the movies and games available, and the ammenities that were included, such as basic cooking and cleaning supplies. Fantastic location, easy to get to mount beauty while still feeling secluded enough, with great views from the property. Highly recommend for the snow or just a relaxing getaway

Our stay in Towanga was absolutely lovely. The property was spotless, well-equipped, and surrounded by stunning natural beauty. It was the perfect escape from city life — quiet, relaxing, and close to nature. David was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed [e.g., the views of the hills, the outdoor deck, the fireplace, nearby walking trails, etc.]. This place is close to the petrol station, and other eateries. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the countryside. Would definitely return!

We have just returned from the most magical 3nights! Literally every detail has been so well thought out & considered. My two boys (5&7) didn’t want to go home! We happened to be staying over a super cold & rainy long weekend & the property was so cozy! Highly recommend for anybody looking for total privacy & to be surrounded by beautiful nature.

This was a great place for large groups. We had 10 people and it was just perfect. Cherie gave the spare room because the extra bed was not made up when we got to the accommodation. This made our stay at the accommodation more enjoyable. Cherie is a great host I would recommend this place to everyone looking to stay at Tawonga South.
