Within 10 minutes to the tourist town of Bright, and in close proximity to Falls Creek and Mt Hotham, only a short 45 minute drive away for hiking & skiing. Horse stays are also an option, with trail riding close by!

Only a 5min drive into Bright where you have fine dining, shops and fun activities. The Ovens river, autumn colour, cycling, golf and walking tracks, Mount Buffalo and its historic chalet are also nearby. With a well equipped kitchen and BBQ on your own veranda. Meander your way up the track to River Road Farmhouse, a beautiful, luxurious nature retreat in the heart of the Victorian High Country. The Farmhouse sits on a hidden rise above the Kiewa River, with sweeping views across the valley and to the mountains. Little Farm Accommodation

We are nestled in the foothills of the Victorian Alps,close to Bright. There is a crystal clear stream suitable for trout fishing nearby. Our little farm consists of cattle, chickens, two dogs, chestnuts and blueberries and bountiful Australia wildlife. The cottage(bedsit) is self contained and private, with one double and two single beds plus a very large shady garden with a BBQ and Gazebo. Pets are welcome. We very much welcome international travelers to this beautiful area.

Sit back and relax while watching the numerous native birds that frequent my bird bath each day, so enjoyable.

Whether it's summer, autumn, winter or spring there is plenty to do- walks, hikes, mountain bike riding, horse riding, river swimming, rafting, skiing, snowboarding and taboggining. There are some excellent wineries in the surrounding areas to visit. Mount Beauty township is a short 2km walk or bike ride away.
