Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Tavullia

Fabio and Alessandra were amazing hosts. Their property is one of the best I have stayed at. They were so flexible with everything and catered for all needs. The house is amazing, and was just like the pictures shown but more impressive in real life. The welcome gift and food staples were so generous from them and really was a home away from home. We used the jacuzzi every day of our stay and it was a great way to start the new year. Plus when we accidentally left the keys in the house, they were so helpful to come let us back inside. If you are ever considering staying near Pesaro or Rimini, and have a car, this location is an excellent choice. Thank you again for the stay.

This stay exceeded all our expectations! Everything was perfect – the communication was super smooth, the check-in process was easy, and the place itself was even better than we had hoped. We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of throughout our time there. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone!

A dream week in the Marche region with the whole tribe: cousins, sisters, parents, dog and mother-in-law (yes, even her). The villa? A paradise. Top pool, therapeutic whirlpool (also for the nerves), BBQ for serial grillers. Stefano and Alessandro: 10 out of 10, always present but never intrusive. Postcard panorama, comfort everywhere. We relaxed, had fun and... gained weight. We'd go back tomorrow. In fact, we'd move there.

I had a great time at the house... quiet place... Valerio gave me very clear directions... as soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the lady who helps him, who came to clean halfway through the stay... everything was very clean and new... I recommend this accommodation for holidays in Cesenatico... thank you all and see you next time.

We had a very nice family vacation. The house is nice, but especially the garden is wonderful. The view is great. Close to nice villages. The contact with Fabio is very nice. We arrived around midnight and were personally greeted, given a tour and explanation of the house and the area. Contacted several times during the week. Went very well. Definitely recommended to go and have a nice time with family or friends!

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

We stayed in 13 at Angelo's house, for the weekend of June 2. The house is very nice, in a quiet area, it is very spacious both inside and outside, with a patio and a garden that offer a beautiful view. The pool, being above ground, is not very large but absolutely functional for cooling off while enjoying the garden, and was very much used by the 5 girls of the group who had a great time! Angelo was always available and kind to us, a great host!

We and my parents had a wonderful vacation in the accommodation "Menta" and "Basalico". The contact with Adriana was very straightforward and friendly. A perfect hostess :) The bungalows are super modern and equipped with everything you need. A highlight was of course the pool. The children loved it. In addition, there is a slightly larger pool in the complex, which can be used by all guests. In addition, the accommodation is perfect for trips to the beach, for example in Fano, which despite the Pentecost holidays was not heavily visited and the surrounding cities are suitable. On the note in a previous review, we also visited the Ristorante "La Greppia". Super delicious and beautiful. One more note on the journey: It is basically very good to reach with any car. Be careful only in the last meters of the approach, as there is the possibility of setting something up with lower cars. We really had a wonderful time!

We were in a group of 13 people, 4 families. The house had plenty of room, all with privacy. Impeccable house, very comfortable. Large garden, ping pong table and pool that unfortunately we couldn't use because it was winter. Excellent Barbecue Area. We don't miss anything! Thanks Frederic

Just wonderful. Fabio is a warm and chill host, the house is huge and clean. We felt comfortable and had shops, the beach and a nice neighborhood right next to us. Close to Rimini as well if you come by car (big garage). I have nothing other to say other than perfect! Thank you again Fabio for everything :) <3

Beautiful house in beutiful country side with spectacular view. My family couldn't get enough of it and we started all mornings sitting on the veranda with our morning coffee looking at this beutiful view. We loved the pool and our grandchildren too. We will be back.

The perfect stay. Nothing to complain about - in fact everything exceeded our expectations. Hope to be back some day!

It is a super spacious villa. We had access just to the ground floor (basement and the first floor were locked) but it was enough to accommodate 5 of us quite comfortably. The villa is surrounded by a large fenced garden, has 3 parking spots (more cars can be parked if needed). It took about 10 minutes to drive to beaches. Our car battery died and we were helped by jump starting the car and then by calling the mechanics (note that it was mid August - a lot of mechanics were on vacations). In summary: super spacious and comfortable villa, friendly and helpful people.

We did not want to leave! Idyllic surroundings with amazing panoramic views of Belvedere Ostrense, Ostra, and the mountains. A truly tranquil place to escape from the hustle of modern life. The house is as great as the photos suggest. The garden is fully fenced, perfect for keeping in dogs and children. Francesco is an excellent host. Extremely helpful, he provided an informative guide of local attractions and amenities. He is extremely responsive to ad hoc communications. Highly recommended. We will be back!
