Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Tassin-la-Demi-Lune

Néjià was a wonderful host, very communicative and attentive. The space (we stayed for 6 days) was exactly as described and we were pleasantly surprised by arriving to a well stocked kitchen with all kinds of little goodies. Easy walking distance to the local farmers market, old town and other attracions if you're in half decent shape - Lyon has lots of hills! We also had a car for day trips but opted to return it early as parking and navigating through the city was a hassle. All in all an excellent property and wonderful hosts. Maxence’s apartment in Lyon was absolutely perfect. The location is amazing—just 15 minutes from the Roman ruins, surrounded by peaceful parks, and tucked away in a quiet, charming neighborhood. Everything we needed was right there: laundry, a dishwasher, even candles and foreign adapters (such a thoughtful touch!). The kitchen is super well-equipped—cooking there was genuinely a pleasure. The bed was very comfortable, and the space overall is so cleverly designed—efficient, stylish, and full of character. We also loved the secure and free parking just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. All in all, one of the most comfortable and well-thought-out places we've stayed. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this lovely apartment! It had everything we needed for a two week stay. The bed was really comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in the shower (with great water pressure). The apartment does not have AC, but we were pleasantly surprised with how cool it remained. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Lyon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great apartment not too far away from the city centre

Stéphane was extremely responsive. His property was more beautiful than pictured. I would recommend this property to family and friends and if I am lucky enough to return to Lyon I will be staying at Stéphane!

Although our stay in this house was only related to a business trip and we spent most of our time at work, I must admit that the rented apartment met all our expectations – and even exceeded them. After long working hours, we were happy to return to a quiet, clean and comfortable interior. The house was well heated, the beds were very comfortable, and the fast internet and desks allowed me to easily complete some duties remotely. The quiet neighborhood was conducive to rest and concentration – exactly what we needed after an intense day. I also appreciate the hosts' attention to detail – basic kitchen equipment, fresh towels, a coffee machine, and even some useful information about the area – all this made us feel more at home than in an "accommodation". I definitely recommend this house not only to tourists, but also to business travelers. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to return.

Quaint, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is available on foot. Great restaurants and hidden gems nearby. Love that it’s close to the urban park and metro/train. Pull out bed was easy to use and was handy to have a washing machine as we happened to come during a heat wave! Recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and convenient. Perfect for one or a couple.

Beautiful house, spacious and with separate sleeping areas to respect everyone's sleep, well equipped. Absolutely superb park, pleasant pool with its summer kitchen, delicious terrace for lunches and dinners. Good quality bedding and lots of bathrooms. A beautiful place in a beautiful environment to spend time when there are many of you. We felt very good there to be together at the table or to get away from the group for a moment. Stéphanie was helpful and responsive, she facilitated our arrival.

The house is very beautiful, the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, have a lot of pain. All the equipment in the house is perfect. The only downside is the size of the beds, much too small when it's not couples who sleep there. And when it comes to big size. We were with friends . Claustrophobic refrain , dorm and attic.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the house ! In particular we fell in love with the outdoor space and design. We instantly felt at home ! Thank you again for trusting us with your home. All the best!

We had a great stay in this apartment, the residence is very quiet, we had no difficulty parking nearby and the neighborhood is very nice. The tram is close by. This apartment has a lot of benefits. We would definitely recommend it.

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

Alexis apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. Easy to access the Perrache station and all the sites in Lyon. We were especially close to Brasserie Georges which was quite an experience and also visited the Museum of Deportation and the French Resistance which was very interesting. A great and enjoyable stay.

Gregory's place was super well located, being right next to the Botanical gardens is really great. The place was very spacious, very well equiped, the AC came in handy and overall super clean.
