Cosy accommodation at farmhouse in Dalton, Parbold

The cosy guest suite includes a living room with TV, leather sofa and armchair, small dining table and 2 chairs. There is a compact kitchen area equipped with combination oven/microwave, hob, fridge and all essential crockery and cookware. The bedroom has an oak framed king size bed with matching bedside tables and is furnished with pine furniture, curtains and a blind. The shower room is spacious and is en suite to the bedroom. There is gas central heating and blinds to most of the windows.

Built in 1863, this gorgeous retreat is just opposite the village green, which is home to two dog-friendly country pubs, two restaurants and a whole host of other options such as luxury pizzas, curries and Thai food. The fish and chips are not to be missed! The house has a lovely south facing enclosed garden. There is a key box at the front door so you can arrive at any time. Pretty annexe property nestled behind the main house. Very quiet location set within the garden space. Off road parking Semi rural location yet a 5 minute walk to the local convenience store. Beautiful Churchtown village only a 5 minute drive or 15 minutes walk away, with pubs, restaurants, & independent shops etc. Southport town centre and famous Lord Street a 15 minute drive. Close to many of Southport’s prestigious golf courses and yearly flower show. Great local cycling and walking.

The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will also have to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.

Set in a beautiful countryside location but within easy reach of the M6, M61 and M65. Local villages include Croston and Eccleston, perfect location to enjoy boutique shops and excellent home made food in the local pubs and restaurants. We politely request no additional visitors, just those staying. Strictly no smoking

A single storey self catering cottage will accommodate two people and is ideally suitable for guests with minor mobility issues. The lounge and the kitchen area are combined creating a cosy feeling. With a flat screen TV with smart Internet and DVD player, table & chairs and a comfy sofa to sink into. The bedroom with en suite bathroom, leads directly from the lounge and features a patio doors to access the patio with chairs and beautiful gardens.
