Perfectly situated 2 bedroom apartment, you can walk to anything in 7 minutes in the old town. Quiet inside, modern appliances, beautiful flooring and decor, view of the sea from the terrace. Gelato 30 meters away, pizza and convenience store 50 meters and the best bakery in Croatia (Bread Point) 60 meters away. Responsive and kind host, great service.

EDEN 💚🤍🩵 We were looking for peace and quiet 🌳🌿☀️and in the corner of Paradiso di Goran and his very kind wife Anna we found it: a quiet village, outside the center but quickly accessible, surrounded by greenery and nature, the singing of birds, sky at a glance, trees, well-kept lawn, silence, relaxation... Ahh🌬️🌳🌼🌸🌱 wonderful and regenerating! Very clean accommodation!! Comfortable bedroom, delightful and comfortable living room with everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen, new pots and dishes. The kitchen plate is induction (if you bring your own pans...). There is also air conditioning, which however becomes superfluous, since all the surrounding wooded area in the evening returns the natural coolness necessary. Abundant towels and... a very useful gem, the washing machine that allows you to rinse bath towels or clothes after MTB excursions. There🚴 is a pump to rinse bikes or beach items. Everything perfect!

Jens is a nice, quick to respond host. The house has been renovated and furnished with a lot of love and care. Delicious base for trips to Motovun, Oprtalj, and Porec. Fantastic starting point for beautiful tours with the racing bike with altimeters of your choice. My wife and I really enjoyed it!

We stayed in the beautiful accommodation for three nights and would have liked to stay longer. It is a breathtaking view and the whirlpool is the icing on the cake. We were completely satisfied! We will be happy to come back.

Super clean, small apartment, absolutely sufficient for 2 people and small dog, equipped with everything you need. Everything was as described in advance. WiFi and TV work perfectly, if you need it. Ana lives above the apartment and is always available when you need her. In the entrance area, there is a small, cozy seating area. Ana's dog Aaron was also delighted with our little, quiet dog😀, outside the apartment, -about 70 m- there is a meadow to go for a walk. We felt very comfortable.

We chose Suzana's apartment because it was in the perfect spot to break up our trip. The studio apartment was exactly as advertised, extremely clean, and Suzana's parents were pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend this apartment again.

A cozy and quiet room with a beautiful view. We had our own space (kitchen, bathroom etc.) Very close to the sea. Host was friendly.

Everything was great. Ivana was a perfect host, and communication before and during the stay was excellent. The flat looked just like in the pictures, and upon arrival, we found some nice treats that Ivana had placed in the flat. I really enjoyed the stay – thank you!

All in all good , housekeeper is really good .

We were passing through for 4 nights at Bojana's. We were very nicely received, even the dog Sarah of her parents was happy. The apartment is beautifully furnished, especially the bathroom with the infrared sauna is nice to relax in the evening. The kitchen and bedroom are well equipped, the bed was cozy. In the living room, there is a large fireplace, but only a small couch, so it is not really possible to chill on the sofa for two. Outside there is a small bench and an armchair with a table, a few sun loungers would be even cooler. We had cozy evenings with Sarah (dog) with a picnic blanket. Overall, we were very satisfied and can recommend it with a clear conscience.

The hosts were very friendly and always easily accessible. The apartment is a little off the beaten path and is therefore in a quiet residential area. Nevertheless, it is not far on foot to the center or the beach.

I warmly recommend this place. Elena is very friendly and responsive, all the instructions are clear, and the apartment is extremely comfortable and well-equiped, with a nice terrace. Great place also if you are coming with a baby. Thank you, Elena!

If you're planning a trip through Istria and looking for a peaceful, family-friendly retreat, we can't recommend Elvin and Ivana's place enough. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. Their hospitality was warm and genuine. The house itself is beautiful—spacious, clean, and clearly well cared for. It had everything we needed to settle in comfortably, from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy living spaces that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The location is close to several charming small towns and villages, making it a great base for day trips. One culinary gem we found nearby is Anni’s Restaurant in Novigrad—a must-visit for homemade Istrian dishes at a very reasonable price. Trust us: come hungry. All in all, our stay with Elvin and Ivana was a memorable parts of our trip.

Very good accommodation for families. Huge living room and brand new very well equipped kitchen. The air conditioning has gone out in the last three days for our departure. Rarely so sweaty.

The house was very nice and everything you needed was to be found, the parents who welcomed us were friendly and you could communicate well after a week towels and bed linen were brought fresh we found that very good. All in all, it was a great stay. To get to the adjacent town of Porec you need about 15 minutes by car. In the village of Labinci itself there are two small shops and a small pharmacy as well as two restaurants. There is nothing else offered there, which is why you have to do a lot by car even if you want to go to the sea. But the pool in the house was big enough and a daily cooling. We were very satisfied overall.

Two very well-maintained bathrooms with plenty of hand and bath towels, a great kitchen and not to forget the order and cleanliness in the entire apartment. Two parking spaces directly next to the apartment. A beautiful outdoor area with a whirlpool - just right for relaxing and chilling after a long sightseeing tour. Also, the check-in was absolutely no problem according to Nadija's description. Nadija had put ice-cold drinks in the refrigerator to welcome them. A very, very nice touch that we really appreciated. We can only recommend Nadija as a host ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The apartment is beautiful and decorated with a lot of love. There is everything you need for a vacation and the kitchen is also very well equipped. The style is modern and overall just harmonious. The highlight is the whirlpool on the roof terrace. Denisa is a great host and always available. We felt right at home and would come back anytime.

The place is very central, the amphitheater right next door, and quiet. I was very satisfied with the apartment! Jasna was a super hostess as you would like her to be, very warm and helpful!!

We had a fantastic summer holiday here. The apartment is beautiful and clean. Very close to the beach (3 mins walk). Rovinj is just a 10 mins ride on a bike.

Great location and lovely apartment

A fantastic view and very nice hosts. We had our little daughter with us and she also felt very comfortable in the small room. You need everything you need is on site. Lidl is nearby, everything else can only be reached by car, but very quickly. We were at the promenade in 10 minutes and visited the nearby beaches. The food is a dream everywhere and in our eyes cheap for the fish and the quality. Pool for adults as well as for children is simply top and has a pleasant temperature. We also had very nice night shifts with us at the same time in two other rooms. Motorcyclists drive by at night, you have to keep that in mind, and dogs bark a lot. Nevertheless, we slept great, because the windows insulate all noises super well. Air conditioning is also there, but we did not need it, it was pleasantly cool at night in early June. During the day, the construction site can be heard, which must also be considered. Thank you for the great time, it was wonderful!

Great place a few minutes from the city centre and shops. The hot tub hits the spot.
