At a point close to everything, the dike, downtown, and tourist spots. 1 block from the gastronomic zone par excellence. Spacious and comfortable, to enjoy as a couple or family. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs, one en suite. and a 2nd bathroom, and in PB, an integrated living room with warmth and lighting. Climate control and automatic lighting. It has a security camera, but it is a super safe residential area. Laundry 1 block away. Enjoy your vacation, feeling in a warm and comfortable home.
