The house is located in the Golf neighborhood in the city of Tandil. A place at the foot of the mountains, quiet, peaceful, ideal for relaxing and connecting with nature. The neighborhood is very quiet and family-friendly. It's an area of large houses with large gardens. The house is one block from the “Las Animas” trail for walking in the mountains. It is a 10-minute drive to downtown and just a 5-minute drive to two avenues (Av. Brasil and Av. Falucho) with butchers, bakeries, greengrocers, etc.

A place for 5 people but can be adapted for up to 9 (adding an additional one) with armchairs available in the gazebo space located in the same house. Just 5 minutes from downtown and a short walk from Paseo La Cascada.
