Loft holiday rentals in Tampa

Venessa was an excellent host. Always responded to my questions promptly and instructions to the place were spot on and included an overhead picture for reference. The place is very cozy with a lot of towels, laundry supplies and ammeneties for the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is well supplied with seasonings, pots, a Keurig coffee maker and a tower of pods. Excellent host and perfect location for being in Tampa.

Amanda and Steven's home offered a nice respite during my vacation. If you are looking for state-of-the-art, keep looking. If you are looking for a place that is comfortable and cozy and feels like it's giving you a hug, this is the place! Charming space above a garage, the space is clean, roomy, and perfect for a week (or longer!). They left brochures giving tons of recommendations. My trip kept me busy from morning to night, so I was sad I was unable to meet my hosts and their pets. I would absolutely stay here again when I visit in the future.

Great stay! Was right in the middle of everything and super walkable it was an amazing time!

Really a gem. Much roomier than the pictures show, and there is more furniture. Was really nice to taste the downtown loft life for a week. Perfect for the business traveler, as the Internet was like 400 up and down. Everything you need is walkable with CVS and like 20 restaurant & food truck choices all within 2 blocks. The unit has all of the little extras you might need. The cooler bag in the freezer came in handy for going to a concert, and it was stocked with craft ice cubes, but I left those for someone who would really appreciate them. Fred was proactive and responsive to my needs, and even followed up with me about an item I lost. So nice! The lack of parking was not an issue for me. The Poe garage is the cheapest, and it's easy to find a space right by the loft at night time. I had no problem loading and unloading, and I brought a lot of stuff! Just make sure you use the city machines by the parking spaces. Using the app will be more expensive.

This was a great place to stay. Was only really there at night as I was out and about during the day. The place was as described, very comfortable, and provided dishes and silverware. Provided nearby recommendations and was very flexible. Would recommend it for those needing a place to stay in the area. The door lock was a little tricky in making sure you were either pushing or pulling hard enough to make the self-lock fully work but it was more than likely human error as I have not used an electric lock that often

Great stay! He had everything needed for a beach day and we loved the washer and dryer which made everything worth it being able to dry our clothes/swimsuits. The place is as clean as a bachelor pad but as a girl I’m picky on how clean the floors are and the smell but I was able to clean during our stay. The amenities, the host, and location make it worth the stay!

This studio was perfect for a couple. Coded access to the gate/driveway and coded access to the studio. The was pristine. Clean bathroom, bed and kitchenette. The laundry room was perfectly located by the studio. This means you can take half the clothes you normally do. It was super quiet at night. Trader Joes is located a couple mile away. When we go back to Tampa, we want to stay here again.

Our stay at CWB Retreats at Baymont lofts could not have been better! The loft was well laid out, perfectly equipped, and very clean. The location was quiet at night, but also walkable to the beach, restaurants, and many other fun things to do in the area. Kimberly and Suanne were easy to communicate with and helpful. I highly recommend this loft and hope that we will be able to visit again in the future!

Great stay! I love how much is included here! We used the box fan every night. There’s laundry detergent and drier sheets there so we did laundry twice. The spa was amazingggggg and perfect for sitting in and watching the storm. The beach stuff was also great- we used it multiple times! The kitchen appliances were perfect, we made most meals with the skillet and air fryer. Great stay!! I highly recommend staying here! Ps: go to cafe de Paris right across the street for delicious food!

Overall it was an amazing place to stay. It was great to wake up and walk out to the water every morning and watch the sunset. We did a lot throughout the week and this place was central; easy to get to everywhere we were going. If we had any concerns/issues during our stay. Sophia was quick to respond and made sure the issue got resolved quickly. It was a 10/10 and we will be staying there again!

Hi. I booked this reservation at the last minute and I received an immediate response. Checkin was super easy. It was a text with all internet codes and info needed to get into the loft. The loft was clean, nicely decorated and cozy. my unit was right off the main road so i could hear cars going by. I could never find the remote control to the tv but other than that it was a nice place.
