Beautiful home in an excellent location. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The backyard was especially beautiful and lush, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. We had trouble figuring out the TV, and Alexander made a special trip to fix it immediately, which we really appreciated. He was incredibly attentive, always responded within 30 minutes, and made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommend this!

Can't recommend Danny's place enough! The place is small but designed very thoughtfully so that you've got plenty of counterspace and room for storage. Other highlights would be that the bathroom/shower is unexpectedly spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Also, an underrated pro for Airbnb in my opinion: everything (from check-in to how to open up/arrange the murphy bed, etc) was very clearly described in the app or in a binder within the Airbnb...meaning, there was no extra back-and-forth with Danny because everything was so smooth and straightforward! 10/10.

If I could give our stay at Rick’s place 10 stars, I would! We had to back out of our original Airbnb at the last minute and were so grateful to be able to book this home. All the instructions and rules were very clear and made for a very smooth process to end a hectic day. The location is absolutely unmatched and the home is decorated very tastefully. There was plenty of room for our family and my 2-year-old niece had a blast on the beach, which was right across the street! All of the beach toys and extras Rick had available were the icing on the cake. We were even able to have a lovely family BBQ and relax by the fire put to unwind. Even though it is on a busy street, we didn’t feel like it caused any disturbances at all as all of the bedrooms were away from the street and we couldn’t hear the noise. Even our newborn baby slept through the night! This place truly saved our family vacation!

This place was HEAVEN!! We fell in love with the place. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. A 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view from the couch every morning and the view from the lifeguard chairs in the evening. The Airbnb hosts were helpful and responsive. This place felt like home and can not wait to book again! Thank you!

Great place! Especially if traveling with kids. Very clean and has all the comforts of home. The yard is a bonus for letting little ones play. Mari was helpful and accommodating and easy to communicate with. My family was actually set to stay at another one of their properties but at the last minute, (and due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control), we were unable to stay at the original booking. But Mari was quick to reach out to me and was very helpful at getting us booked at another location. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Had a great time! House met our expectations, and we loved everything about it! Super cute, clean, and a great neighborhood! Walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach, parked our car on the first night and never took it out again until we left! Would definitely book again!

This location met every expectation. It was perfect for the entire family. The host was very helpful on check-in with extensive directions to meet all our needs. He contacted us periodically throughout our stay to be sure we had anything that was needed. The location was private with an amazing view! The amenities were exactly as described in the advertisement. We look forward to returning next year!

Anthony was very prompt in responding to any questions we had. He accommodated our specific needs and was helpful with last minute inquiries. Perfect location with spacious, but welcoming environment. Home was stocked with all basic needs so you didn’t immediately need to run out to buy necessities. We also appreciated the art work and decor that isn’t normally in a rental. Loved the fireplace, fire pit, and outdoor entertainment garage. I enjoyed the rooftop desk the most, while the family spread out to the other areas. Wonderful family home with all sad to leave.

This is a wonderful stay and I will be back for sure. It was the perfect getaway to rest and relax and enjoy the beautiful beach. The room being so close to the water is spectacular!! I got lost in thought just hearing the waves.

We stayed at Christie’s apartment for two stays during a one week trip. Both stays were overall pleasant . Very nice view from the front balcony where you are able to see both the ocean and sunset, you are also able to hear the waves crash at night. Nice interior with plenty of space for two remote workers. Nice coffee shops within a walkable distance for lunch breaks and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. There were also many great restaurants within a few minutes drive of the apartment and a mall in Carlsbad 15 minutes away with many retailers. The only issue I ran into with our stays is one neighbor two houses down was rather hostile towards parking near her property, although it’s public street parking. Overall, I would stay again, I would just make it a point to park on the other side of the road.

Wonderful little place in south Oceanside. Super close and even walkable to most things and the beach. Spotless clean and pretty.

This is hands down one of the best stays my husband and I have ever had! Not only was the place super easy to find, but it was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The host, Connie, was extremely kind and flexible with us when our check in was late. She made us feel right at home and the value of the stay far exceeds the price. I highly recommend their granny flat in La Mesa and hope I can come back again very soon!!

Perfect base to attend conference, trolley stop just down the road which was only a few stops away from gaslight area and conference center. Bed was really comfortable, and whilst there was occasional street noise I found it quiet at night and slept really well. Rachel has decorated the apartment beautifully and having a kitchen is fabulous. The rooftop terrace is great to chill out and the washing line was really handy to hang out handwashed clothes, if you are lucky you might get a visit from the friendly cats next door. Rachel was really responsive to questions, great restaurants near, and a few small grocery stores.

This property is so gorgeous and in a pristine location! The entire place was spotless and decorated beautifully. We used this space as a getting ready area for a small bridal party before a wedding and it was everything we needed and more! The bride/groom came back here and spent two more night following their wedding and felt so relaxed in this space and felt like they were on a mini honeymoon. Shannon is an amazing host who communicates clearly and goes out of her way to make sure we were comfortable! The property is stocked with everything you’d need and more! The bridal party loved getting ready here and the photos are gorgeous!

This is such a lovely Airbnb - one of my favorites! So peaceful, the space is beautiful and feels right at home, and has everything you need. Perfect space in the bedroom for our one year olds pack and play. Lots of storage around the house for anything you need to put away. The jacuzzi was an awesome treat at the end of the day. The space is clean and so cozy. The host was helpful and responsive to our questions. Close distance to San Diego safari park which we really enjoyed! Overall a great place that we’d love to return to.

We loved this place! The mattress was so comfortable, I literally took the sheets off to see what brand it was. It was nice to have beach stuff ready to borrow for our stay and we loved sitting out on the front porch to eat and watch the waves.

"Just Beachy" is a fantastic, absolutely clean accommodation with an exceptional location right on the beach. Everything you need is there...and more. This is our family second time coming to Oceanside. The home is clean close to the beach and restaurants. Cassandra does a great job communicating and getting back to you. We’ve never had any issues or any concerns. We’ll definitely be back for a third time. We absolutely love staying here.

I cannot say enough about Leslie and Kaylie. Absolutely everything was perfect. Every I was dotted and t was crossed. Communication with them was amazing. The home was beautiful. This was such an ideal spot for our family trip to Carlsbad over the extended weekend. We had our baby with us and 4 adults. We utilized the parking spot. The outdoor storage was filled with all the essential beach needs. The pool was a bit cold for May, but we did see some older kids enjoying it while we were there. It was steps away from the village and the train stop which is why we picked it to head to the city to see friends via the coaster. And with the beach entrance being on Pine it was soooo easy to head to the beach and even pop back to the Airbnb for naps or the bathroom. We also utilized the private outdoor patio for dinner one night. The kitchen was fully stocked although we didn’t cook. And everything was clean. We def want to stay here again. Oh, and it would be a great spot for handicap accessibility

First we would stay here again. Location is centrally located to everything (beaches, restaurants, golfing, shopping). The condo is fully equipped with everything to make our stay comfy. Host Julie was always very responsive, knowledgeable and flexible.
