Very nice condo. Clean, neat, tidy, comfortable. Kitchen was adequately equipped for a vacation rental. Very nice location so near to the beach. Did I say clean? Loved that. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your condo.

We enjoyed our stay here very much!Checking in was seamless as the instructions were very helpful. The photos look exactly like the place, it’s very clean, and you have everything you need to feel right at home- even parking. We did experience a noisy neighbor but the host responded immediately to address it and we were able to continue to enjoy our stay. I would definitely book again! It was the perfect place for my little family.

We had a great weekend in San Diego staying here. The apartment is very clean, building is chic, and the bed was very comfortable. The area makes it central to walk / drive to lots of different neighborhoods in San Diego. The actual surrounding streets aren't very cute to walk on, but it is still a very convenient location and 20 minute walk to the Midway Museum / Broadway pier. The host was great and highly communicative. Overall a very positive experience.

Charlotta was very helpful with the instructions and communicative. The apartment was perfect for our stay to watch the Padres play. Lots of walkable things to do. The apartment felt like home and was comfortable. Easy check in and checkout. I would stay again and recommend it to anyone you wants bay and city views.

Our stay was great! The apartment was clean, AC worked great, nice deck. Many amenities at the property to use- pool, gym, rooftop deck. Parking spot was great as well!

Loved staying here a second time! Make sure you drop people off/unload in front of the unit to avoid making others wait to park and don’t get a giant car - the garages are a tight fit like everywhere else in mission beach.

This is my favorite place we have stayed in San Diego. Easy, direct beach access, comfortable apartment with all the beach gear and well stocked in the kitchen and pantry for everything we needed. Definitely coming back!

Had a great stay, location was perfect and within walking range of many restaurants. Only downside was finding parking, had pay for a nearby parking garage but other than that it was fantastic.

I've stayed at Sandra's condo at the beach several times. I love the peacefulness of the space. The colors are relaxing and the location is very quiet. The parking space in the parking garage is super close to the condo which is really helpful. And there's a great view of Oceanside Harbor from the patio. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. With lots of walking paths and easy access to the beach. The community is gated which gives a nice feel of safety. It's an easy walk to Mission Blvd where there are many shops and restaurants available. It's also an easy walk to the Harbor with many more restaurants, especially if you like seafood. I look forward to my next stay at Sandra's place!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, a short walk to town, a shorter walk to nearby restaurants and just steps from the beach. The beach itself was lovely and very family friendly and a little less busy than the beach closer to the pier. My wife and I also do a fair amount of cooking when we travel and we were pleased to find all of the kitchen tools and dishes well cleaned, which isn’t always the case with Airbnb’s! Overall our experience was wonderful and we’d love to return!

I'm really glad to have been hosted by Brooke. The stay was exactly what I was expecting. It was a holiday weekend and every need was met. I hope to be able to stay again in the future.

So, I would just like to say that this place is absolutely as described and deserves every five star review that it has received. For me, it’s the small things and that small thing was lip balm, lol. When I got to the room, my lips were chapped, and I thought I was gonna have to run out because I had misplaced mine and there it was, so thoughtful. I love all of the special touches in that you have everything you need and somethings you didn’t think you needed. Well done!!

This was our second time staying at the complex, but first time in this unit and we were SO GLAD that we got it! Sandhya was super sweet and responsive, even went out of her way to get a baby chair for us! The views are amazing, even though the balcomy faces the street you can still hear and see the ocean! I'd recommend Sandhya's place in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful time! It was super clean, tidy, and felt like a home away from home. The property is well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. It was spacious and comfortable. The views from the balcony were amazing. It is within walking distance to everything you need. Less than a 15 minute walk to grocery stores, dining, shopping and more. The beach was clean. The property was immaculate and secure with beautifully manicured gardens and even a koi pond.

I have been to this complex before so I’m familiar with the instructions. The room I chose was a studio style apartment for my girlfriend and I. We both loved it very much. The bathroom was really nice along with the towels provided for us. The bed which was a king size was also really good too. I wish we could’ve stayed longer to use the balcony area to eat breakfast but it’s okay. Overall it was a great stay there

Drakes place is AMAZING! It was a home away from home. We had 3 toddlers (1, 2, 4) with us, they played in the backyard and it was completely safe for them. All of our needs were met down to an extra crib. He is super laid back and very accommodating, I noticed this from our first interaction. I encourage you to BOOK RIGHT NOW, you will be pleased. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. My family loved it and we would definitely book here again.

if you're looking for a quiet neighborhood somewhere to spend with your family perfect place me and my grandchildren play darts ping pong cornhole board games and watch movies we were definitely entertained I will definitely keep it in mind for next time thank you John

Kevin's cottage was the perfect place to stay in San Diego. I loved the back patio surrounded by flowers and fruit trees. The home was a fitting Shabby Chic style, immaculate and comfortable for one or two guests. Kevin communicates very quickly and is right there in the neighborhood to help if needed. The surrounding neighborhood is comfortable to walk around. I will certainly seek another visit at Kevin's cottage when I return to San Diego.

Great vacation quiet with lots to do at the house. I have older teens and they were so busy with games they were hardly on their phones. Very relaxing

Easy check in... Property was as advertised... Garage was perfect for loading the kids into the cars to keep them off the driveway and street... Pack patio was nice to sit outside and enjoy the weather... AC units worked to perfection... Having coffee in the home was a nice touch... Owner was very responsive to all questions... Would stay here again...
