We had a wonderful stay! The home was perfect for our family of 13, with plenty of space and everything we needed for a comfortable night. The kids especially loved the pool, which was a big highlight. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax. Our host was very responsive and provided all the information we needed—we really appreciated the clear communication. Highly recommend!

We had a nice time at Motty's place. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. Bathrooms and kitchen were fully stocked. Beds were very comfortable. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Great surroundings, restaurants, stores. We enjoyed our stay.

I had an absolutely impeccable stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space was spotless, stylish, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The location was ideal, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The backyard was breathtaking—spacious with plenty of seating, and the pool was absolutely amazing. Justin’s place was pretty spot on from what you got from the photos to the real thing. Great outdoor spaces, lots of sleeping space. Clean and functional bathroom layouts. The pool was great, outdoor table and grill. The neighborhood is a short walk from the beach and once you’re in the backyard you are in a tranquil getaway. It’s right off the main road to get to the beach, so it’s an easy pickup spot for uber and has ample parking if you are bringing a car. The house was a great base camp for a trip to South Florida. Everyone had a great time! The place was clean, instructions were on time and very easy to understand for check in. We all had a great experience, I would recommend it to anyone!

Everything went so smooth from the time I booked our stay …. Communication was top notch. While staying we did have an issue with a power loss that was out of anyone’s control and the management was right there to get it restored…. Place was exactly as described! Very clean…. Modern home. The eight of us felt right at home …. We had a few friends stop by to visit us and they completely loved the home as well ….. great pool …. Grill … bball court… patio ….. I will definitely rent this home again. Location was perfect…. Food … shopping…. Gas and so close to beautiful beaches …. During school hours it gets quite congested with vehicles with a school being across the street but hey if that’s the only negative thing that’s nothing! FIVE STARS!

We absolutely loved how clean and organized the house was. Beautiful and extremely comfortable for 6 people. Clear instructions provided by the host from checking in to checking out. Our host Erica, was very helpful and very responsive. I highly recommend this property to anyone who’s looking for a clean and comfortable home in a peaceful neighborhood.

This was a great place with a great location. Very convenient to the stores, only about 15-20 mins drive to the beach, and the pool was kept clean.

We had a wonderful stay! We had about 8-10 people in the home for a long weekend and there was more than enough space for everyone. The home was absolutely beautiful—clean, stylish, and comfortable in every way. The host's communication was outstanding—quick, clear, and super helpful throughout the entire process. stayed here for my birthday weekend with my family and everything was perfect! the place was clean, spacious, and exactly like the pictures. the pool area was a major highlight, and the location was super convenient — close to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. communication with the host was smooth and they were very accommodating. highly recommend for a fun, relaxing getaway!

This Modern Villa was everything and more. The space, the cleanliness, the location and most important of all was the view of the home and backyard. My family and I enjoyed our stay,very relaxing, neihborhood was quite and safe. Stay Today was very responsive when I had a question. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Ft Lauderdale.

Me and my family really enjoyed ourselves. The property looks exactly how it looks on the Airbnb. Everything was very clean no complaints.

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect getaway for your next couples trip or baecation. About a 10 minute drive from the beach and super close to grocery, restaurants, gas etc. It is a “shared” space but it felt very private and we never saw the other guest. The place was beautiful, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The host was very friendly, and answered very quickly to any questions we had. The ONLY issue, which is not the hosts problem, was the peacocks. They are so loud and obnoxious in the early morning. If you are a light sleeper, be prepared to have an early morning wake up call. Other than that, we would definitely stay again.

The host was incredible and easy to communicate with. I had issues with the ice/water machine and I told them and they sent over tons of ice and bottled water in under an hour. They let me check out later and were always accommodating. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun house for yourself or family.

Great house in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Close to Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Would definitely stay again! An open layout concept that was great for a large group! The family really enjoyed the pool!
