This place exceeded all expectations, it was even better than the photos. The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and located in a peaceful, private spot just a quick walk to a stunning beach. We were surrounded by fantastic restaurants, making it easy to enjoy great food without going far. The attention to detail, comfort, and cleanliness made it feel like a true getaway. Highly recommend and already planning our next stay here. The host were also amazing! They truly provided an effortless experience from check in to check out. Very nice place for our short stay, it has all we needed, clean and easy to find.

5 stars for the host Omar alone. He was very communicative, had clear instructions for checking in, and responded to questions in no less than 5 mins every time. The studio had everything we needed with a beautiful view, a nice balcony, and well stocked with beach things. Also free street parking. The area was very walkable with hundreds of restaurants. We probably tried 15-20 while we were there. We stayed a month and never ran out of things to do. The beach is a 2$ circuit trip away or street parking for around $4/hr with the park mobile app. The studio is in a great location that is walkable to downtown but also easy to get to the beach. We also visited Miami 3 times and Juno Beach and West Palm beach to the north. A few cons to note: currently (April 2025) there is construction right across the street which is noisy during the morning and the day. There is also a school where you can hear schoolchildren throughout the day. In total, easily 5stars and we loved our experience.

Suite match did an amazing job helping us find the perfect place! We had a 4 generation family vacation with 3 adults and 3 children including an infant. It was amazing so much to do right there at the resort! Of course we loved the pools and water slide. We also loved the outdoor games and Putt Putt golf. There were also several activities offered each day. All of this with no added cost. We especially enjoyed the animal show and the kids were thrilled they got to hold a baby alligator and a snake. Staff very friendly and kind. Very clean resort. Highly recommend!

We had a beautiful stay. Great communication and very clear instructions for check-in/out. A fantastic host who has thought of everything you could want or need. We loved having a beach cart, chairs and umbrella available for the short walk to the beach! Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We would definitely recommend a stay at kandazen

The Airbnb is organized, clean, and spacious. Everything we needed and more was provided. The beach is a super close walk, and the private access was very nice. I highly recommend staying at Kyle’s place!

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. The Airbnb was perfect and looked exactly like the picture. At check in, the hotel mad an error in the amount of days I was staying there for. I contacted Loren and she reached out almost immediately. She took care of the issue right away. The Lapis Spa is beautiful and there was so many nice restaurants there as well. 10/10 experience, I will definitely be booking through Loren again !

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

I was so pleased with everything at this place. We arrived in Fort Lauderdale and were unsure if we could get in early. We messaged the host and he responded almost immediately and said our place was ready! It was a very clean and welcoming place. We will definitely look to book this place for future visits! I rate this place 10/10.

The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everything and more was there for us. We literally didn’t have to think about a thing. They even had a full fridge of refreshments and snacks set out for us. They responded to my messages in seconds and were beyond accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was exactly what I was looking for when booking a spot next to the beach. It had everything you needed for a beach day, great private pool, grills, and great spot overall. If you’re looking for a spot in Pompano Beach… look no further!!!

Josee was a great and responsive host. She made sure we had everything we needed throughout our entire stay. Not too much within walking distance, but we enjoyed walking our toddler to the arboretum nearby and playing at the playground.

Erica has a terrific place in the heart of FLL. The location is perfect and walkable to everything. It is also very private and on the water. Very quiet as well. I would recommend this spot to anyone! She is also a very responsive and helpful host.

The apartment is nice and clean. The grounds are beautiful with heated pool and lounge chairs overlooking the canal. The beach is 5-10 minutes walk. The host went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. Perfect place to relax and unwind.

Deaigo was very responsive and helpful! The area was amazing, things were very walkable, and you pretty much had everything you needed right in the resort. The grocery store is right across the street. I loved having a kitchen, and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably.

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. The views are incredible. Walking distance to beach and a variety of great restaurants. Very welcoming and helpful staff on site. Would recommend staying here!
