The 200 square foot space features a detached / shared bathroom connected by the front porch with beautiful stock tank soaker tub. Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

I have stayed with Lauren on two separate long term (few month) occasions. This second stay is credit to how comfortable and accommodating her home is. Not only was I completely comfortable in her home again, I was treated so well and celebrated for my next accomplishment. I needed this time to transition in peace and that is exactly what I was afforded as Lauren allowed me the entire house to myself! As usual, she is an amazing person, thoughtful, caring and clearly has the gift of hosting which is rare and special. I recommend her home to anyone in the DFW-area (willing to fight the traffic) who enjoys a quiet suburban setting, large rooms, and all the amenities anyone needs to retreat.
