Very nice and clean house. Close to a big SM Mall and also a main road where you can find different markets selling meats, fruits and vegetables, along with little stores, a laundromat, etc. It’s not in a sub-division but still quiet and peaceful outside as it’s not so close to the main road where you will hear any of its noise (I also don’t recall much dog barking or early morning rooster noise). The host Norma was also so nice and pleasant.

This was my first time booking on Airbnb, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Clarity Chaire’s space was simply wonderful. The accommodation was exactly as described, and everything was spotless and well-organized. Me and my friends were thoroughly impressed with the comfort and amenities provided. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Clarity was an excellent host, responsive and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this place to anyone. You won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic Stay! Loved my stay here! The apartment looks exactly like the pictures - modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The location is perfect and very close to the mall, which is great for shopping. A huge plus was the large TV with Netflix and it was very quiet at night. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommended!

Laila is a super great host. Responsive, quick to act and always returning communications promptly and thoughtfully. Her top floor condo is very comfortable, extremely clean and within walking distance to SM Mall Ecoland. We really enjoyed our stay and I will be back. I stayed for two weeks and I always enjoyed returning to this AirBNB at the end of the day. I felt completely at home here.

We had a great stay. Everything was smooth from start to finish. The place is cozy, clean, and exactly what we needed for a quick getaway. Sofia was really accommodating and responsive, which made things super easy. Definitely a spot I’d recommend.

I really enjoyed my 5 nights stay in Davao. The place is conveniently near restaurants, coffee shops, convenient stores and mall. I especially like that the owner is very accommodating and that the unit is furnished with appliances, including iron and blower and the wifi connection is strong. All in all, I’d stay here again and would recommend this place to friends.

Mendy was a super friendly host that made us feel at home immediately. The view is amazing with a stunning panoramic view of the city, the bay and Samal island. We’ve spent many hours just watching the boats on the sea. Can’t wait to come back to Davao, we will definitely be staying here again!

Ms Connie was so accommodating. I enjoyed my stay in this place. The guards were nice. I just didn’t find the clothing iron in the room so I was not able to iron my clothes whenever I go out. Regardless, I feel so at home at the place.

I enjoyed a very comfortable stay. The hosts were quick to respond to any problems and the rooms were well equipped and we had no inconvenience. There was also high security, which made me feel very safe and secure. If I had to say, it would be more convenient if there were convenience stores or supermarkets nearby. But, I would use it again when I stay in Davao.
