I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, the host made me feel right at home. The communication was seamless – they provided detailed check-in instructions and were quick to respond to any questions I had. The space itself was just as described, if not better! The apartment was immaculately clean, well-decorated, and had all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the little touches like fresh towels, snacks, and a guidebook with local recommendations.

We had pleasant stay feels like we had the entire bldg on our own during the holy week ☺️ It was quite. Despite the bldg is under construction everything in the unit is functional. Security personnel were all accommodating. You can cook, hot and cold shower, it is indeed homey. Net connection is not yet that fast but I was able to work and it was explained prior check in. Kids loved the place as it was nearby 7/11 and pick up coffee. Few steps away from SM Lanang, nearby hospital and church. Also near sasa if your are planning to tour samal. Hosts were proactive and easy to communicate with.

To be honest, this is one of the best AIRBNB staycation we’ve been to so far! Sir Andy was really cooperative, helpful, kind and caring person. We were able to make an early check-in and late check-out with Sir. Andy as long as he has no other guests. His place is really spotless and clean. Well equipped kitchen and furnitures. I would say his apartment studio would really make you feel like at home—really comfortable and cold AC as well. I would say also his house is semi-smart with their electronics and it’s designed to conserve energy and save water. What you see in the description, is what you get! Recommended and 5 starts for Sir. Andy!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! It truly felt like home, especially with how complete everything was—from the kitchen appliances to the cozy living space. I loved how I could easily prepare meals with all the essentials provided, which made my stay even more comfortable. The place had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. Myla was incredibly accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. One suggestion would be to maintain the space a little more, as I noticed a few missing pieces here and there. However, this didn’t take away from the overall experience. It was still a great stay, and I would definitely love to come back. Thanks again, Myla, for being such a great host!

The unit looks exactly like it does in the photo. Everything is well-organized and neatly arranged. The ac works really well that it becomes comfier to sleep. Restaurants are very accesible as its location is just beside a mall.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The apartment is quiet, well-designed, and has great lighting - especially the LED lights behind the TV. The kitchen is well-equipped and relatively clean, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. A few things to keep in mind: Netflix access only worked once, despite being advertised. Some towels were a bit worn, and there were food leftovers from previous guests, which wasn’t ideal. The bedroom has no air conditioning, and the living room AC unit wasn’t enough to cool the whole space, especially at night. Also, when I arrived late at night, there was no drinking water available, which made things difficult after a long trip (even a small drinking water bottle could be helpful). These small issues aside, I enjoyed the stay and would consider coming back. With a few improvements, it could be excellent.

I had a 3 Night visit in Davao just for my Mama's 80th Birthday. Since Families were coming I opted to stay in an Accessible Condo. Ms. Rodalyn was so accommodating and she was lightning fast answering my queries so I booked rightaway. The condo was within the location I wanted, Easy pick up from Families, and if I use Grab, they arrive in 3 mins. If I wanted to walk, its very safe. whats great was that it was in a Calm and quiet location, so a Light sleeper like me didn't have a problem at all. The Unit was Clean, Bathroom has no Molds and Hot shower Worked well. Hot water for my Tea was avialable and it had enough Cute Floor Mats too. hehe There was an instruction on keeping the Place Clean and were to throw the rubbish which I personally like because it meant that keeping the Unit Clean was a priority Thank you Rodalyn for being such a Great Host. I wish you abundance in Good Health and Prosperity in Life this New Year

This was a last minute rental and the host was most accommodating. The unit is beautiful and has 2 balconies. I highly recommend renting this unit when you are in Davao.

We had a very nice stay here. The apartment looks as described in pictures and was very clean and pretty inside. Host was responsive while we checked in late at night and had to extend our stay. The only drawback is the bed is a little small for two people and the positioning of the tv below the bed makes it hard to watch in the bedroom. All in all great value and would stay again next time I’m in Davao.

Spending out Anniv Day here was the best decision we've made. It was close to a Mall and though it's beside the road you won't feel that it is crowded or hear any noises as it is located in the upper level or the penthouse. The bathtub was plus points as we love to do relaxation while dipping in the water. The magnificent view of Mount Apo while working is superb. Their kitchen is well equiped though needs a little improvement (scissors & sharp knife). For a couple who's working remotely & love to do gaming, the WIFI was fast and we love it. 100% recommended and will definitely go back.

I would always love to return again should I get the opportunity!!
