It’s centrally located, just minutes away from malls, restaurants, and shops, making it super convenient to get around. I also appreciated having access to the pool, which was a great way to relax, and the private parking provided for a minimal fee was a huge plus. For everything included, this place is truly worth every peso. Great value, great location, and a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

We were met at the home by very helpful and pleasant relatives of the host. House was perfect, and as stated very close to the airport. There is a water park a very short drive away that our family enjoyed. All rooms have Aircon that work perfectly! The home is in a gated community, so there was a short walk to get outside the property to get a ride, but wasn’t bad. We would definitely say again!

Great place. Nothing fancy, but perfectly clean, everything works and the location could not be better. Definitely worth every peso.

Ms. Rhea was extremely considerate, responsive, and accommodating. Same can be said to Kuya Weng, a reliable caretaker who was always nearby and helping us with our requests. This made our group's stay very pleasant and smooth. Just some highlights to mention: - The home itself is lovely, clean, and well maintained. - There are ACs in every room, including the sala, which made our stay very cool and comfortable even with this summer heat - You can also do your laundry for a small fee per load, convenient for longer stays. - As for getting around, Grabs were very easy to book within the area and the place is only 8 minutes from the airport. - Kuya Weng is a MVP, assisting us throughout our stay Based on our experience, I highly recommend this place for big groups! We really enjoyed our stay in Davao :)

This was our second time staying in one of their listed homes, and just like before, it didn’t disappoint! It’s a great place for a barkada getaway or a small party, with a spacious and chill vibe that makes it easy to enjoy. However, we did notice that the cleanliness wasn’t up to par this time. The house didn’t seem as well-maintained, and we were greeted by some cockroaches and a bit of a foul smell upon arrival. Thankfully, the host was very responsive and accommodating, quickly providing us with Baygon spray and an air freshener to freshen up the space. Despite this minor setback, we still had a great time during our two-night stay. The overall experience was fun, and we’d still consider coming back. Hopefully, maintenance improves, but we’d still recommend this place to friends looking for a laid-back stay!

The place is nice and just 5 minutes from the golf course. It was a great choice for us, especially since we didn’t have to go downtown to find accommodations. They have towels, bath essentials prepared for us. The owner was also very responsive and prompt in my messages.

We booked and stayed at Aiza's place, twice, last year (2024). Why? Because the place is clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and has the amenities we need. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located near eating and shopping areas. Best of all - Aiza is a very responsive host, addressing and resolving any concerns and questions we had. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

Really loved the place! It was so cozy and homey. Had a hard time finding the exact house though, we followed the pinned location but somehow got lost, eventually found it anyway. Also WiFi was broken but the Host was kind enough to load my cellular data. Overall, we had a really great stay and would definitely come back again soon!

Grace's Airbnb was really, really nice. The house exceeded my expections and was better in person than in the listing. Super clean and clutter free, the house also had secure parking in a safe neighborhood. Easy to find. Host was standing by upon arrival to make sure we had a smooth check-in and had everything we needed The host was friendly and responsive to our requests. Highly recommended. I would gladly stay here again.

The place has great amenities and the kitchen is well equipped. The hosts were very responsive and would helped me explore Davao city and made my trip a memorable, safe and enjoyable experience. I hope coming back in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay here—even though the place is huge for just nine of us! There were so many rooms to choose from, and we especially appreciated the spacious living room and the three air-conditioning units. We didn’t feel the heat outside at all—so comfy! The space is really generous. If there were a pool, it would’ve been the perfect stay. The location is super accessible to everything. We definitely recommend staying here!

Absolutely amazing stay! This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every little detail was thoughtfully prepared from the cozy bed and clean linens to the welcoming touches that made me feel right at home. The host went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Communication was fast, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire stay. I truly felt like a valued guest, not just a customer. Totally worth the price! The location is convenient, accessible, and near to SM City Davao, so if you to go on a grocery run, it will take you 5-7mins to get there. The Subdivision is also safe and the guards were super friendly! If you want to get your food delivered via foodpanda or grabfood, the guards will assist the riders to the location. The place was super clean and homey! There's a pantry where you can access snacks and food staples. Ate Sharon was super accommodating and friendly. She will attend to your every need. Even if she's in a room, she will respect your privacy. She also made us a breakfast furing our last day. Cherith Home is definitely worth your bucks if youre thinking to stay in Davao. The house was all that I was expecting and it was very clean. The house is comfortable and the host (Jen) is very friendly and responsive.

The place is great! Clean rooms and bathrooms. The hosts were both very responsive. Though we had an issue finding the place at first, one of the hosts gave us clear instructions over the phone on how to get there. I think it would have been better if those were included in the check-in instructions to avoid getting lost. Low water pressure during peak hours was also a bit of a hassle for us, defeating the advantage of having 3 bathrooms as we cannot use it all at the same time. Overall, it was still a comfortable stay. And oh, it’s very close to the airport with clean and peaceful neighborhood.
