This house was perfect! Clean, spacious and very warm .. As in feeling at home not actual heat lol .. Matter of fact the AC worked really great! Great host to go with everything else .. I absolutely recommend this property!

A great stay! Located in a great spot, wonderful for families! My kids had the best time in the backyard. Would 100% reccomended to anyone traveling through Tallahassee

The home was comfy and plenty of room. The dog and his boy had a great time playing. It was larger than we needed but because it was dog friendly and had a pool it was perfect for a close to home getaway

My family and I recently stayed at Caseys home and it was beautiful! Kids loved the pool, stayed in all weekend! Everything was close by, street was nice and quiet as well. Had everything we needed for a nice weekend. We will definitely book again in the future.

This house was a perfect place to host my family during a busy weekend at FSU. The house has many special qualities and my family and I were honored to stay in such a beautiful home surrounded by nature. I would DEFINITELY stay here again and look forward to our next trip. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful with large old trees. We found the location perfect for our weekend. A short drive to the FSU game, great shopping, and restaurants. The house has been kept up, we enjoyed the period architecture of the neighborhood. Everything in the home worked perfectly, AC kept us cool. The pool was a delight on 90 degree days as well! We will stay again when in the area as the house is spacious and had plenty of room for our family of 7 and pups.

Libryia is by far one the best host that I have encountered. She checked on us to make sure we checked in ok. She provided a PowerPoint of literally everything you would need to know down to emergency numbers, restaurants, lounges, and info about the Airbnb. She provides all amenities including toilet paper, laundry detergent, paper towels, plenty of washcloths and towels, face cloths for makeup, snacks, and plenty of games for your family. That impressed me! Libryia is also very responsive. You won’t have to wait until the next day. As soon as she is stationary she will get back with you. Her place is cute and cozy and was well worth the stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better host seriously! Although we were in and out because we were attending wedding festivities you will for sure enjoy the stay. Thank you Libryia!

We can’t wait to return to Midtown Carolina! This property is very well-appointed - comfy beds, quality linens, impressive coffee bar & fully stocked kitchen, charging stations and many other unique amenities. Midtown is the perfect location to FSU, downtown, and the Capital. If all that isn’t enough…this home is beautifully designed! And we went to three of your recommended restaurants, all amazing!

Thank you for letting us use your place. It was convenient to downtown. We had so much going on that weekend and it was so convenient and we have absolutely loved it. Our host was so responsive and accommodating. She gave us information before we asked for it. I would definitely recommend or stay with her again.

The house was adorable in a wonderful neighborhood. Brandon was wonderful about responding and the early check in fee was reasonable. The house had everything we could have needed, and we will definitely be staying with them again. If you book with them you won't regret it, just make sure you're booking the whole house to include the mother in law suite if that's what you want. The only issue we had was with the thermostat and Brandon addressed that with us.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and decided to book a home instead of the normal hotel rooms. The home was just what we needed after a long day at the fields; beautiful views, inviting home with everything we needed, and a comfortable peaceful atmosphere that made winding down easy. We will be back next season!

My stay was so awesome, had a little hiccup on the code to the door, but it was my fault and my hose came right on out and fixed it. I would definitely definitely book again five stars.

Randy and I used to live in this neighborhood and believe it's the greatest area of Tallahassee. It's quite, with lots of nature. It was a joy to see the deer again. Zen's place is very spacious and lacked nothing. Check in was easy and Zen's communication was great.

Host was fantastic. Very communicative. House was spotless and very comfortable. Bathrooms recently redone, and the house had a well-equipped kitchen, high-end window treatments, and a fenced-in backyard. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the bedding was well-maintained. We cooked dinner at the house every night and appreciated that we had everything we needed. Pots, pans, knives, and other utensils were all a step up from what we normally see in short-term rentals, which was a real bonus for us! The neighbor had a dog off-leash that wandered over while we were getting in and out of the car, and there were unhoused people living in the park across the street, but we had no issues. The close proximity to the university made our conference very easy. We would absolutely recommend this house and would stay here again!

We enjoyed our few days at this spot in midtown Tallahassee. The location relative to town was great, but keep in mind it is on a busy road and the side drive leads to multiple apartments. The blinds and curtains were nice, but not all windows had both, so headlights were distracting. The kitchen was our favorite part, and the laundry was a blessing. The beds were comfortable. Definitely stay here when you have more than just a couple people!

Very clean, quiet and comfortable home. We stayed for 5 nights and it was such a pleasant experience. This is located in a quiet upscale neighborhood for Tallahassee standards. Cute place to stay close to FSU, but in a nice quiet neighborhood. Bathrooms are nice and very clean. Back patio and back yard are a nice place to be with friends and family. We will be back!

We really enjoyed staying at Kimberly’s place. It was very convenient to FSU and downtown Tallahassee. It was exactly as described. There were two dedicated parking spots right in front of the place. All instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. We’d happily stay there again when visiting Tallahassee

The house was perfect for us. Why have stayed at many Airbnb’s over the past 4 years in Tally however this was with doubt the best we have stayed at. The location is excellent and the house has everything you would need , the little touches and things the host provides make a real difference to your stay . Would absolutely book this again if we are back in Tallahassee.
