Frédéric very kindly welcomed us, handed us the keys and showed us the apartment. The accommodation is very functional with its 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, its well-equipped kitchen, and very pleasant with its well-oriented balcony, allowing you to eat outside. In addition, Frédéric offers and makes available an impressive collection of books and comics: So great that we no longer wanted to leave this cozy nest.

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location within walking distance to everything: the train station, city centre, shops, and a wide variety of restaurants. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. In the mornings, I could hear birds chirping softly through the window, and in the afternoons, the gentle sound of church bells carried through the air. These small touches added a sense of charm and authenticity that made my stay in Dijon feel truly special. Simon was also kind and quick to respond to any inquiries, which made everything even smoother. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Arthur's apartment is an ideal base for exploring Dijon. You can either walk to the city center or, if you want to have it a little more comfortable, also by S-Bahn. The apartment is very spacious, well furnished and quietly located. The protected parking space is an absolute plus. Supermarket and bakery are nearby, also very convenient. We would book the apartment again at any time!

On the way home from Provence, we were guests for one night and are completely satisfied. Parking directly in front of the house, the city center can be reached in 15-20 minutes on foot. Very nice landlord. We can highly recommend it - also for longer stays - and we would also stay here again.

The host was extremely responsive and available throughout the stay. Very attentive, he was flexible and accommodating regarding check-in and check-out times. Absolutely outstanding apartment in Dijon! The property was immaculate, near numerous wonderful restaurants, right on the edge of town, yet very quiet. Our hosts were superb. Went well above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was in order. Could not give them a higher recommendation!

Everything was very beautiful and in line with the listing and description. I just regret that the shutters were closed when I arrived because the accommodation was very dark and I had a hard time finding all the switches to discover the apartment. We didn't have time to use all the equipment but maybe we'll come back to enjoy it fully.
