yado - ryokuen - overlooks the Miyagawa River and green park in front of you, and you can enjoy the scenery of the four seasons. In the morning, you can take a walk along the river to the morning market or take a stroll through the streets of Oshinmachi. The newly built building is cool in the summer and warm and comfortable in the winter.The second floor is a private space.There is free parking on the premises, so it is recommended for traveling by car. The first floor is a private sauna store, and you can also use it for an additional fee.(Reservation required) Note: Guests with small children are safe to use the fireplace.

This house is located right below Japanese alps, where you can enjoy outdoor in mountains, rivers and lakes throughout four seasons. We moved to this area from Tokyo because this area is not commercialized, but intact from urbanization. So if you are looking for something different than usual sightseeing, here could be the place to visit. This house used to be a ski ryokan, and we renovated it by ourselves with abandoned and local materials to maintain nice and old Japanese architectural taste.
