“We love everything about staying here. Very comfortable big room for 3 people with own bathroom and amazing hospitality from Hugh and Shelley. I would usually be up when the sun rises but the room is dark enough to keep me sleeping which is good! And bright enough to have lights in. Can’t recommend their place enough. We got to feed and gather the lambs and saw their little stream in their property. Mocha their cat also adorable! We had cooked breakfast and dinner with a glass of wine. Hugh is a good cook! Would be coming back next time we go back to NZ. Love everything about this stay! :)”

“We stayed with Bianka and family to cut short our drive from Lake Waikaremoana to Wellington - but wished we had stayed more time to explore the lovely neighbourhood. They are very welcoming host, the room and bathroom were huge and impeccably clean. There was even breakfast waiting for us - cereal, fresh fruit, organic milk, toast and jam - amazing value for money. They even let us use their kitchen to cook some dinner as we were too tired to venture out to find a restaurant. Their daughter Maya was lovely and treated us as if she had known us all her life! We would certainly stay here again should we ever be back in New Zealand. Thanks!”
