The Sparks Marina is a few minutes drive from Downtown Reno and just a few minutes walk to many amazing Sparks attractions including Legends Mall, Wild Waters, IMAX and of course the Sparks Marina itself which offers paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, biking, a dog park and 2 Casino's right out your back door. The top part is available for air bnb families, the bottom part is locked as it is used for event space with no sleeping quarters.
