Great access from the airport Terminal 3 via sky bridge, and the neighborhood is quiet, safe and clean. Check-in was very easy; just provide guest information in advance, and the receptionist on the ground floor assisted the check in progress very smoothly. The in-room Wi-Fi was at a satisfactory speed, and I was able to watch Netflix on the Smart TV. Listings are equipped with a kitchen and dishes and are within walking distance to a large supermarket. The pool area is comfortable and has a tropical atmosphere. I would definitely bookmark this listing for the next time I have an airport connection at NAIA T3.

I’m still not over how amazing this place was! From the moment we opened the door, it smelled so good and looked absolutely spotless — like a scene straight out of a 5-star hotel! The kitchen had everything we could possibly need (yes, even condiments!), and every room was squeaky clean and super comfy. The balcony was the perfect chill spot — I could’ve stayed out there all day! The owner was also super easy to communicate with, which made everything even better. And honestly? This is the first time ever I had ZERO bad feedback — not even a tiny one! Everything was just perfect! If you’re thinking about booking, do it! You won’t regret it!

The place is clean, well-kept, and cozy. It’s very close to NAIA, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The bed is comfy, and the kitchen is handy for light cooking. Great value and highly recommended!

Bit skeptical at first but I risked it. Now, I think I made the best decision to book this place. It’s a serviced hotel right infront of Terminal 3. We decided for this place as we can walk across the airport for our next flight. It’s quite convenient to be able to use the Runway Manila crossing. The check-in was smooth. The lady at the reception was really helpful. Rob was proactive in communicating and has very clear instructions. The price was perfect! Couldn’t expect more for it. It has all the basics of a hotel. We’re so happy with our stay (it’s quite close to Newport which is a shopping centre) that we’re deciding to stay here whenever we’re in Manila. Thanks Rob for the awesome place! Couldn’t recommend more.

Mark went above and beyond by assisting us during our check in. He even helped me bring my luggages since I was carrying my daughter and son at the same time. He was prompt, polite and always responsive. Casa Aaliyah is near SM City Bicutan and there are transport terminals around the area, very accessible. We had an amazing stay at this place! It's incredibly accessible and spacious, with plenty of room to relax. The space is spotless and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beinh able to unwind with Netflix was a nice touch. Crisalez was fantastic — super responsive and attentive, and she and her son truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The flexibility with check-in and checkout times was a major bonus, something not all places offer. We really appreciated that. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! Highly recommended!

The check-in process was easy and smooth. Instructions provided were clear and detailed. Key pickup method was convenient. The host was responsive. Response time was quick. The property was clean and well-maintained. Essential amenities (Wi-Fi, towel, kitchen items) were available.

We had a great time staying in Cha's place. The place is perfect for a family of four. There's an alfa store nearby, like 3mins. walk and a drop-off/self service next to it. We never had a hard time getting a grab taxi going to MOA and a nearby mall in this peak season. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay. Will definitely stay here in our next visit.

We definitely had a great stay and enjoyed celebrating the new year at this unit. The unit was very aesthetic, clean and have everything we need as guests. As my mon also mentioned, we had a hotel-like experience by booking this unit since dental kits, bath towels, free coffee and tea were provided as well (just like in hotels). We were also amazed how the place was maintained in good condition. I personally chose this unit because its interior and furnitures are very pleasing to the eyes and look good in pictures as well. Thank you for the memorable new year's eve celebration and we will definitely book again! 🤍
