An amazing apartment close to great restaurants and bars. Apartment itself was beautiful, and quiet - great for relaxing after a busy day. Gerald was a great host, responsive and friendly. We will definitely consider staying here again when in Manila.

Probably one of the best Air BnB’s we have stayed in. The location was perfect, the apartment itself was beautiful, and obvious that the owner takes pride in taking care of the unit. But the best part I think are the people involved in taking care of the guests for this apartment…Heather, Janella and Tata…you made our stay very pleasant. Thank you!

Booked for 2 nights and had no problems. Check-in was smooth, the place looked exactly like the photos, and the hosts were very responsive. I loved how the ac was already running when we arrived. The place is located in front of Mitsukoshi and Uptown Mall, making it very convenient for us to get to and from the nearby establishments.

My friends and I had a great stay! The place is clean, beautifully designed, and smells amazing. It had everything we needed. The location is also perfect—close to the mall with a lovely view from the balcony. Claire was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this to my friends, relatives and colleagues.

It was a lovely stay with Nicole. I actually considered a lot of things before booking—the water heater, which works (though hopefully they can improve the water quality), and the washing machine, which made it so convenient since we didn’t have to bring our laundry outside. The reviews also helped; they had so many good ones that the single bad review didn’t really matter. Overall, it was a stay well worth it!

Jenn was a great host who made everything easy from start to finish. She always responded quickly to messages and was really helpful throughout our stay. The place looked exactly like the photos and had everything we needed. Getting in was super easy with clear directions and flexible check-in times. The place was really clean and organized. Kitchen was spotless and everything looked great, though a few decorations had some dust. Overall it was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

As a frequent visitor to Manila, Ana's apartment has become my absolute favorite place to stay. I've returned many times because of its fantastic location, seamless check-in process, and the cozy, homely atmosphere. It was wonderful to finally meet Ana in person – thank you for another amazing stay! Highly recommend!

I would like to say Thank you to Foebe and Marie. We had an excellent stay. From the moment we checked in Marie was already standing by and provided very useful information. She also assisted us with our luggages all the way up to the room. Ive stayed at other airbnb and the service i received from Marie was 5 star treatment. There was even a delightful suprise waiting for us in the room that made it extra special from the Team. I will be back again. My expectations just went up because if them.

Place as it was described. Probably the best water pressure I’ve had in any condo in the towers. Easy to get in, ac worked, comfortable bed. Not much more to ask for. With most condos in the towers you may find an insect but nothing outrageous. Would stay there again

A steal deal! What you see is what you get as posted in the photos. The unit was spotless and smelt so clean upon our entry, well equipped and all listed facilities / equipment are in good working condition. My son loved the soft beanbag. Added bonus, Melody and Ronald are super great hosts, highly responsive and helpful, includes free wifi access, mineral water, kitchen / dining utensils , and toiletries with a generous amount of fresh towels. The building’s entry formalities included filling out a few pages of forms by hand which I found quite redundant (however still a common practice here in PH with most establishments to be left back of the digital age). Exit formalities was definitely a lot more simpler! :)

Very nice host. The location was just stunning. You could see people on the boat river, cruise, stepping out into your balcony. Checking in was super quick and easy. Overall, it’s worth the investment and it’s close to the airport and other attractions in the area. Bed is also a very spacious king size and it’s a memory foam very comfortable.

Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

Check-in and check-out were super smooth, and the room was really clean. I believe this place has a great view when the building lights are on. I’ll definitely come back during the season when the lights are on.

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Very good owner, easy to reach

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

Cedric always responds quickly to my questions and concerns even though I booked the place the night before my stay. He was still able to provide the concise instructions on checking in and out within the short amount of time. The free parking space was definitely a plus point for me. Checking in and out was so quick it didnt even take 5 minutes. The bed is soft and the pillows are fluffy. I just thought it would be better to have an extra blanket provided instead of just 1. We enjoyed the PS4 and I was able to work efficiently with their fast Wifi. The CR is also very clean, complete with toiletries except toothbrushes (I was informed prior to checking in). Overall, we had a peaceful, comfortable, and convenient stay. There is also a mall on the ground flr, complete with restaurants, banks, and convenience stores. The place is also near malls, parks, and food bazaars, all within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.
