I highly recommend the apartment. Attentive host, comfortable bed, quick wi-fi to work, breakfast in the indoor restaurant, quiet evening, cozy space, great location with everything nearby. All identical to the photos . I intend to return on vacation and stay for more days .

We arrived near the night in João Pessoa, after two disastrous guests found Mrs. Weli. With an all air-conditioned, cozy environment, all equipped with the essentials to make everyday meals, comfortable to be in the environment, since we are very reserved and we like to stay “at home”. Yeah, that was the feeling we've had since our arrival, a sense of home. Comfortable beds, clean linen and in perfect condition, clean environment and in a great location, as it is very close to everything. We're thrilled to find a place whose host has great respect and care for each guest. We got a chocolate treat, which by the way my nephew loved, the Televisions had the app that we love at home. Weli, from this distance hugged us and made us feel like we belonged to your place!!! The hosts need this, this humanization, the care she took in knowing that she was with a child. Thank you! So much.

The apartment is 3 blocks from Tambaú beach, and has restaurants, a bakery, pharmacies and markets nearby. Breakfast is paid separately, costs 32.00 and is very good.

Very cozy apartment, well located and with all the care that makes you feel at home. It has parking and a reception with quality service. Very exquisite, with a pool and gym. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful apartment with perfect location! Our stay at *Petit Noir Apartment*in João Pessoa was simply fantastic! From start to finish, everything worked perfectly, and we felt like at home. The apartment is stylishly furnished, very clean and equipped with everything you might need (kitchen utensils, comfortable bed, air conditioning, fast WiFi). The name *Petit Noir* fits perfectly: simple but with charm. Especially the balcony was great for relaxed evenings. Everything was sparkling clean, and the sheets and towels were fresh and high quality. Perfectly located- In a quiet area but still close to restaurants, cafes and the beach. Supermarkets are also nearby. The host was super friendly and helpful. Good tips for excursions and always available. Check-in went smoothly. We will be happy to come back. 🤩

Apartment with an excellent location, comfortable, cozy, fully air-conditioned and with a spectacular view. The beach is excellent and you just have to cross the street to be able to walk and or enjoy the delicious and quiet Bessa beach. Bakery, supermarket and pharmacy are very close. We'll be back, for sure!

Although the house is in need of maintenance in some respects, our stay was pleasant and the host responded with agility and cordiality.

The experience was great from beginning to end. The house is very cozy, complete, safe and very clean. The internet is good, the beds are comfortable, there are towels and toiletries on site. All Ares-Conditioners work perfectly. The house also has ample space for guests. I don't have anything to complain about. Note 10/10. Suggestion: the pool could have all the jets from the hydromassage area working, and a heating system would be interesting. When I went, it was raining and the water was very cold. There could also be a bigger TV in the living room. But, of course, this does not compromise the stay at all — it's just a suggestion.

The house is excellent, has a differentiated infrastructure: It is equipped with top quality utensils (the bedding games of the premium suites are a show apart). The host takes care of every detail, is always available and very helpful. The beaches in the area are paradisiacal, so much so that our initial idea was to take tours but when we saw the beaches near the house, we gave up the schedule and stayed there. There is no trade very close by, so it is imperative to ensure food and basic medicines necessary for emergency cases. We hired Amanda (Host referral) to help us with the cleaning and cooking, she's great. It was an experience that was really worth it, that is the opinion of the 12 people who stayed in the house. Wonderful house, we went on the 13th and it was unanimous, everyone loved the house. The host was very attentive, answered everything we needed, left enough mineral water for the period of stay. I highly recommend the house and the host!!!

The apartment is new, well-equipped. I found it a little warm, perhaps because of the location to the west. Consider that a car will be necessary to get around.
