The apartment is exceptional. Very well decorated and furnished. Exactly as she describes it in the ad and as it is in the photos. Easy access, excellent location and a very safe area. I hope to return to João Pessoa and Mercilya's place will be my first choice for accommodation.

Eric’s place was very clean and comfortable, a short walk from the beach, and a short drive to restaurants, shopping, more beaches, tourist locations, and everything you could want while on vacation in Joao Pessoa. Eric was very responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. We had a great time and highly recommend!

The space is exactly as advertised, with impeccable cleaning and good linen. Hosts were always available. The building has good infrastructure, the rooftop pool is very beautiful! It is on the back of the waterfront and even being by car, we chose several times to go to the restaurants walking. All very quiet! We loved the stay, it was perfect!

Gorete was exceptional from start to finish, I needed to reschedule the date of my stay and she was promptly understanding and made the change! And when the big day arrived, she welcomed us with great affection, for the first time I saw a hostess go to receive the guests, Dona Gorete welcomed us, showed us the entire building, showed us where the utensils were in the apartment and was always very attentive! Not to mention that she always answered me very quickly in the chat to answer my questions both before and during the stay! The place is beautiful, the pool view is wonderful and it is a few meters from the most beautiful beach I have ever seen in João Pessoa!

I rarely stayed in such a good place. The apartment is super new, well equipped and comfortable – the air conditioning in the living room makes a lot of difference. The location is great, one block from the beach and with several options of bars and restaurants nearby. There are two excellent bakeries at the corner, which helps a lot in everyday life. And best of all: the private jacuzzi, which is simply sensational. I highly recommend it!

The location couldn't be better — in the best part of Cabo Branco Beach, in a waterfront building with an incredible rooftop, perfect for enjoying an unforgettable sunrise. The apartment is beautiful, with very tasteful decoration, clean and super fragrant linens, items that work excellently (especially Alexa, who did everything for me). The host was super polite, and gave us all the necessary information, without any fuss. The building has a beautiful penthouse! The pool is worth a visit. I hope to be able to stay there again soon. Excellent location, with easy access to the beach, I especially thank Adrianol for allowing the late check-out, which made our stay much easier. The beauty of the beach with access from the condominium makes up for everything! And the pool is a plus. A tip: it is better to go to the market before arriving, because at night it is a little difficult to get food delivery. I recommend it.

Location very close to Carapibus/Tabatinga beaches. House was clean and tidy. The hammock was very handy.

We had an amazing week as a family in this bungalow! The space is beautiful, cozy, wooded and with impeccable gardening. The cleaning was excellent and the bungalow is super well equipped: several appliances, quality bed and bath linens, as well as games for all ages. The decor and utensils are very tasteful. The location within the condominium is great, in a quiet area and with easy access to the pool and the beach. The condominium is also very well maintained, with a large, clean swimming pool, water slide, slide and giant bucket. The hosts were extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The only negative point was the constant presence of cats on the balcony, which turned over the trash at night. Besides that, everything was perfect! I highly recommend it and hope to return soon!
