I had an amazing experience in this flat! The location is excellent, close to everything and super practical for everyday life. The apartment was impeccably clean, as well as the common areas of the condominium, everything very well taken care of. Marly was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay, which made all the difference. I highly recommend it and I will definitely return at the next opportunity!

My accommodation for a week was impeccable, the apartment was very cozy, one street from the beach, it has the Cabo Branco Bakery nearby, JAMPA convenience store 24 hrs, it has two pharmacies nearby, but all this is the least of it considering the kindness of Host Lair, always available, and always helpful, always looking for ease for his guests! Simple apartment that makes you feel at home. The leisure area is a differential, taking into account the value of the accommodation, "beach view" and pool always available.

I spent 15 days with my family and we loved it! Flawless apartment and perfect location. God willing we will be back.

The beauty of the beach with access from the condominium makes up for everything! And the pool is a plus. A tip: it is better to go to the market before arriving, because at night it is a little difficult to get food delivery. I recommend it.

The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well-structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an auxiliary bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is safe, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The hostess was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We feel welcomed and at home. We'll definitely be back!
