The apartment has a large balcony, its own lockable box (for skis, bicycles) and a garage in the underground part of the residence. Unfortunately, more than 8 of you will not fit in, but even that is a decent number, for example, for two families with children or a group of friends. You will have 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a separate toilet, a spacious and equipped kitchen, a living room, a children's corner, a ski room and a large garden with private parking.

If you are looking for a place where you are close to everywhere, you have come to the perfect place. Villa Alpina is located in the very center of Szklarska Poręba, very close to the ski lift to Szrenica (5 minutes on foot), Netto shop (5 minutes), children's slopes (2 minutes). From the windows there is a view of Szrenica. Each room has a bathroom and a kitchenette. You will find balconies on every floor except the attic rooms. Around the building we have parking spaces, which is quite a phenomenon!
