Great place! We just finished our week-long stay yesterday - the best recommendation is that we immediately book another week-long stay. A place worth sinning :)

A fantastic apartment in a wonderful and peaceful location, only a short walk to hikes, climbing, restaurants and town centre with a lovely host. Would highly recommend and such a good deal, thank you!

Definitely dream home! We were 9 people for an extended weekend in this accommodation and are completely thrilled! The furnishings are first-class, stylish and high-quality. The view is breathtaking and invites you to relax on the terrace. The wellness offers are particularly noteworthy: the sauna is modern and spacious, the hot tub an absolute highlight - especially in the evening under the starry sky. The bathing pond was also a real experience and provided a lot of relaxation. The accommodation offers enough space for everyone without feeling cramped. We felt completely comfortable from the beginning and will definitely come back! A big thank you to the hosts – it couldn't be better!

We had a great stay at Staniszowska Przystań. The place was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We did a lot of hikes, visited nearby castles and palaces, and ate at the restaurants the owners recommended. Everything was great and the food was delicious. We will definitely stay there again.

The time with Lucie and Milan was a wonderful experience. The location of the apartment is, if you like it quiet, very nice! You can be in the national parks in 15-25 minutes. Thank you for the wonderful time, we would be happy to recommend you. It was great 🤙 Charlotte & Alex see you soon

Super cute and modern house, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Really cosy as well with the log burner, despite the snow outside. Just what I needed as a base for a couple of days of hiking in the nearby hills and woods. Beautiful scenery! I was a little worried about managing without a car but Artur was super kind and offered to drive me if needed. In the end I stocked up on food before arriving and was able to access two days of hiking on foot from the house. Artur is a lovely guy and thoughtful host. All the basics are there - cooking ingredients, toilet paper, shower gel, soap, laundry powder, dishwasher tablets. I’d stay again for sure!

Our youngest was in seventh heaven during our stay and now always asks in every other accommodation where the playroom is. The house leaves nothing to be desired and is lovingly furnished. We also enjoyed the fantastic garden and outdoor area with pool, cozy seating area and children's playground. We lacked nothing. Supermarkets and excursion destinations in the vicinity were quickly reached by car. We will be happy to come back.

We had a lovely stay! The place is new, clean, and just the right size for two people. The view is beautiful, and the location is peaceful and close to the mountains. The jacuzzi was a highlight and made our stay even more enjoyable. A couple of small suggestions that could make the experience even better: it would be great to have a lighter included if you’re offering a fire-starting package, as well as a few basics like kitchen paper and microwave gloves for convenience. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Karol is a very interesting, open and likeable man. He had a lot of tips for things to do for me with the corresponding links, which took away a lot of research work from me. Parking was safely possible on the premises, but there was always something free right in front of the entrance. The apartment is a dream: beautiful structural elements, a romantic west-facing balcony with chairs where you can enjoy the evening sun with a drink, the large super comfy bed! A highlight is the Swedish stove! Karol provided a generous supply of wood and it was a pleasure to watch the fire in one of his large reading chairs cuddled in a ceiling. The apartment has a very pleasant atmosphere and the optimal seating for any time of day. The Wi-Fi is well suited for working, SmartTV is there, the kitchen is well equipped (spices, coffee, tea, French press, microwave, stove with oven, washing machine...), Beautiful bathroom! The apartment is comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, especially the kitchen. Close to hiking trails. I recommend it!

We were a family of four at Bozena's and had a good time. Bozena is a great hostess who had tips on the area and was very helpful and nice. The apartment is as described, it has everything.

We felt very comfortable with Denisa and had a wonderful stay. The accommodation is tastefully decorated, very clean and offers everything you need for a relaxed stay. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor area for eating and the natural location. You could start hiking right away. We can fully recommend the apartment:)

We are already here for the 2nd time and the 3rd time is already booked - that alone should say enough! ;-) Because like last time we were not disappointed and it was all wonderful - we had an incredibly relaxing week in the apartment and were happy to sit on the bench in the sun in front of the house in the best weather! Thank you Marta - we are already looking forward to next year!

The appartement is a bit outside of Špindlerův Mlýn. There is a bus that goes every 2 hours or so. There is no sidewalk or bike trail. We were with bikes. The appartement itself is very nice and clean (but with weird/sexist pictures on the walls). There is tea and coffee with a coffee machine. The furniture and bathroom are very nice and clean. The shared sauna outside is very beautiful. The communication with the host is very easy and friendly.

We were in the same place for the second time and in a year we will look forward to a longer stay.

Everything was great! The place was very cozy, clean, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The hosts were kind and responsive. The location is perfect with easy access to various walking and hiking routes. Highly recommend!

Nice place as a starting point for active holidays. We stayed with a family with 3 children and were very happy with the accommodation. The kids enjoyed the areas inside and outside. Adršpach, trutnov, pec pod snezkou just a stone's throw away. Despite not having met Joseph in person, he was friendly and reactive. Recommended
