Here you can enjoy a rural setting with a short distance to the hiking trails for the mountains, relax on the terrace, fishing, or take a walk on Folkestadsetra with good swimming and barbecue possibilities. If you want a day trip to famous attractions, you can drive to Geiranger, Via Ferrata & Loen Skylift, Kannesteinen, Refviksanden, Krakenes Lighthouse, Hakallegarden or the Alps. Fra vinduskarmen kan du følge med på surferne i bølgene eller studere ørna som svever utfor bratte fjellsider. Herfra kan du nærmest hoppe rett i havet med våtdrakt og surfebrett. Rett utforbi døra kan du følge turstier til utsiktspunktet på Hushornet, spektakulære Hovden eller ta runden rundt Ervikvatnet.

You can enjoy the picturesque mountain river almost in the courtyard, scenery of Nordfjord (10 km away), and Harpefossen Ski center (1,5 km away), Olden/Loen (1 hour drive), Geiranger (2 h drive), beautiful Måløy island (1 h). If you need to relax, this cabin, in natural surroundings is perfect for you! The name of the cabin is "Urastova". On this former small farm you can enjoy the silence with wild sheep and deer close to the cottage. The new cottage is located a few minutes from the majestic sea cliff Hornelen. The area offers very good fishing opportunities and hiking in the woods and mountains. (There is a folder in house with information, description and maps of the different hikes, trips and activities).

Cabin in Dalsbygd

Cozy cottage by the main road, a mile from Folkestad in Volda municipality. The cottage is on its own and has breathtaking views, here you can fish and swim. The cabin is simple and sleeps four, plus the living room and kitchen in one with simple standard. Here is a balcony and a garage where there is both a barbecue and sun loungers for your use. Otherwise, here is electric heating, but also a wood breeze and firewood one can use.

Peaceful seaside paradise. Sea, sun, swimming, boating in the summer and off the piste in the winter. Crab/lobster fishing in season, dorging and fishing. In boathouse part hot and cold water, fridge, kettle and french press. Wood-fired stove for cool evenings. The atmosphere is inviting and warm. The skin floor has all you need of kitchen equipment as well as a fridge and freezer. Sleeping for 6 people in the house.
