Avra House Symi

In the most special spot of the island. In Mouragio, behind the front row of hotels and houses, is the Avra house. The house was a galley oven for the island's sailors, and its architecture renovated in every way its original use. Very close to the unique central beach of Nos (10 minutes walk), with 60 steps distance from all the necessities of the island: taverns, cafes, bars, supermarkets, port of departure-arrival ships, is this two-storey traditional house. With its own yard, balcony overlooking the glass, windows in the Aegean, Avra house is a property in a quiet traditional neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the island but very close to all the essentials for an enjoyable stay.

O Voskos, a 150 yrs old Symiaka house in chorio

The house is situated in the upper chorio, the oldest part of Symi in a very quiet area, ideal for social distancing. O Voskos consists of two floors, a charming backyard & a small terrace with a panoramic view of the three bays (Nimborio, Yalo, Pedi), the Turkish coast and the medieval Castle ruin. Built in stone and recently renovated, it has an authentic moussandra, wooden flooring and antique furniture. Far enough from the touristic infrastructures and its noise, you will sleep peacefully.

“Ymos” Symi Village Residences

Ymos is a traditional house built in the 18th century and located in the heart of Sými island in "chorio". It offers an authentic accommodation environment to all of our guests who wish to experience the local lifestyle and way of living. Little Blue in Chorio, Symi

This unique place has a style all its own. Lovely one bedroom house in the windmill district of Chorio not far from both Pedi bay and the harbor with easy access to the village. Peaceful open views of Pedi valley and the mountains. The location is easily accessed by bus and taxi. Little Blue as the house is known, has a living/dining area and kitchen upstairs and a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom downstairs. There are two daybeds in the living room for additional sleeping areas.

We restored this old dwelling with great care and respect aiming not to "betray" its history and charm. The upper floor has been reformed to a functional 63 m2 apartment with a private entrance. Simple but elegant, it can accommodate visitors with interest in the culture of a place as expressed through the local craftsmanship; and it will be a great pleasure for us to help them discover Symi in the best way.

SeaMe II

SeaMe House, one of the most photographed houses in Symi, is located right on the waterside of “Gialos” in Kato Harani Area. Arriving at the harbor which is surrounded by beautiful hills you may see the house laying in front of you amongst magical layers of background colors and contrasts. Small fishing boats tied on the stone paved deck right in front of it, finish up this spectacular “painting” picture.

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. The house includes a living room and a kitchen overlooking the courtyard. You will have a bedroom with a double bed on the mezzanine. Meals can be enjoyed on the patio in the shade of a bougainvillea. Upstairs you have a terrace overlooking the port of Yalos and Pedi. The house is a two minute walk to the village square, shops and restaurants.

Dora Mare | Euphrosyne

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.

Milias House Right on the sea (down floor)

Milias House is located in the seaside village of Pedi in the homonymous bay, 3,5 km from Yalos, Symi's harbor. Milias House can accomodate 8 people in both floors. Ιf you are four people or less, you may b rend one of the two floors. Milias House is right on the sea, in front of, literally on the beach.
