This brand new cabin sits directly across from the Tuckasegee River. It’s called Fishin Hole because it’s the hot spot for fly fisherman all over the country. Tons of beautiful trout to catch! You can boat, canoe, fish and tube down this amazing River. There is a public boat dock approx 1/8 mi down river. The cabin has extra parking below the house. 1930s Walnut Grove Farmhouse never a cleaning fee

Walnut Grove Farmhouse, a renovated 1930s era home, is a remnant of an old farm. We are situated on 17 acres of rolling hills with handsome views from the upper pasture along with a stand of 14 walnut trees. Sit a spell on the porch, listen to the trickling brook (a roaring brook when we get significant rain), the sound of birds, the sounds at night and maybe some turkeys will venture through. We are located midway between Franklin and Dillsboro, Sylva, Cullowhee.

Cozy, quirky, & small (450sq ft) house with a very comfy sleep number queen bed in the bedroom. If a third person were so inclined, they could sleep on the couch. Fully stocked kitchen. Not a scenic location but very convenient! Sylva is amazingly located in the mountains only 25 miles to Smoky Mountain National Park, 10 miles to Cherokee NC, 40 miles to Asheville NC, gorgeous drives in every direction. Well behaved DOGS ONLY welcome for an additional fee.

This loft apartment is unique to our area. It is located on the ground floor right on Main Street with a wall of windows overlooking Mill Street. The high ceilings and exposed brick give the space an urban feel. Wifi is available. There is a smart TV set up with Netflix. A DVD player and DVDs are also available.
