Cottage holiday rentals in Swiss Alps

We had a wonderful stay, and the hostesses always responded fast to our questions. I can recommend the house for everyone. Our do enjoyed the garden a lot.

Great little very cozy cottage with a very nice spa after a long day. Very nice and warm hosts who scramble to make your stay pleasant. I would highly recommend it!

It's hard to describe how beautiful it is in this accommodation. You immediately feel at home. With a lot of attention to detail, nothing is missing. Romantic hours in the whirlpool. Watch the stars in the glass dome or just a few minutes' walk away in the cool water by the river. Exceptionally beautiful and absolutely recommended. We will be happy to come back. We had a fantastic time staying in Dervio at Francesco’s place and exploring the towns surrounding lake Como. The place is perfect for so many reasons, the location is great, right on a small beach with amazing views and a walking path that takes you into town. It’s a short 7 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to downtown area with restaurants. There are tons of old walkways that allow you to explore the area. We spent a couple days taking the train and ferry to Bellano, Veranna, and Bellagio (very happy to be in Dervio). We also have two small kids and found the place was great for families with crib, beds with guard rails, and a high chair, along with a playground that just out the front door. The gates were excellent for preventing kids from going to the road or to the lake. The best part was Francesco and his family, they are very warm and welcoming! We spent time with him, his father, aunt, and cousin and very much enjoyed getting to know them!

We enjoyed our stay at Angelique's place. The place was very modern and nicely decorated and well equipped for a recreational getaway. Unfortunately, there is only poor network coverage and no Wi-Fi, although it is not bad, but you should know. :) Otherwise everything tiptop, we thank you for the hospitality.

We had a great week at this cottage. Nothing to say about the installation, everything is as described, all the amenities are available. It is very well located, the shuttle to the ski resorts is right on the side of the road, the nearby town makes it easy to shop and there are many activities to do within an hour's drive. Entering Sabrina's place high up on the green hills above Lungern was like stepping into a picture. An amazing cottage with incredible picturesque and peaceful surroundings. Just driving up the mountain was a nature delight. This was the perfect getaway. The cottage was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. We slept deeply on the spacious bed and the nighttime quiet. Sabrina was super friendly and very responsive. Her hiking and touring recommendations were the best. My wife and I feel that Lungern is the nicest place in Switzerland and Sabrina's place is the best place in Lungern. The place is truly blessed. Can't wait to return. Thank you so much Sabrina for offering it.

The location of the cottage was as wonderful as the pictures suggest, you're far enough from the waters edge to have a sprawling view, and close enough that nothing interrupted the view. Cinzia was very responsive and helpful and the added touches (pastries/wine) were much appreciated. Nesso is beautiful little spot, it can get reasonably busy because of the waterfall and the road from Como to Bellagio is rarely quiet (although we couldn't hear it from the bungalow). Be prepared for some hilly steps though, we clocked up 110 floors of climbing one day (for info, the Twin Towers were also 110 floors!). We found and Cinzia recommended a wonderful restaurant called Il Briisa which we would go back to in a heartbeat. The food, wine, service and ambience were all spot on. Overall, fantastic, it was a surprise break for my wife's 40th birthday and it delivered perfectly.

loved our stay in Cossogno. Elena was a very helpful host and lives close by so on hand if you needed anything. left us lovely gifts on arrival and departure. Great location for walking and also relaxing listening to village life go by on the balcony. Thank you for a lovely week. We will be back.

A star rating is useless for this gem in Northern Italy. It’s so far above a “stay” and The Farmhouse is an experience not to be missed by those who align with an authentic natural setting with uniqueness off the charts. And you’ll have to make the effort to enter the property. If effort is your entrance fee then look elsewhere. It’s more than worth the steep hike on a short trail to enter this palace of solitude. Ken is the ideal host and even offered up his garden for our salad.

A very pleasant stay in a green and very peaceful environment! Marco and Maria immediately made us feel at home. The space was seamlessly equipped. In fact, it seemed much bigger than we had imagined from the photos! We would recommend it without hesitation!

Fantastic location, perfect for relaxing and switching off from everyday work. You immediately feel comfortable in the apartment and nothing is missing. The apartment and furniture were also very clean. We will definitely come back

David and Michael's accommodation was stunning - very quiet on the edge of the forest away from Kaltenbach, modernly furnished with Staghorn-typical charm, very neat/clean and lavishly equipped. We lacked nothing and felt at home from the first second. Perfect for relaxing after a long bike ride. We particularly liked the flair and the outdoor area with many seating options (covered terrace, fire bowl, plateau for sports, etc.). We'd love to come back!

We had a magical few days at this wonderful house. Outstanding and quick communication from Debora and so, so easy to make ourselves at home. We could not have picked a better location on the Lake for getting around from and....my goodness.....the views from the property are breathtaking! We spent Christmas and New Year’s at this amazing chalet in Flums, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The snowy mountain views were breathtaking, and the sunny days made it feel like a winter wonderland. We even got a plenty of a new fresh snow during our stay The chalet was cozy, rustic, exactly as I would imagine authentic Swiss chalet with a beautiful new bathroom. We had everything we needed to feel at home. Our teenagers enjoyed the space and the nearby activities, making it a perfect mix of relaxation and fun for all of us The location was ideal for skiing, sledding, ice skating, and the host made sure everything was perfect for our stay. It was a magical holiday, and we can’t wait to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our stay in this cozy cottage was fantastic! It is a cozy and atmospheric place where we could completely relax: a last holiday for the two of us before our little one makes our travels even more adventurous. Urs and Sibylle were also super friendly and we always got a super quick answer to all our questions. In a word: GREAT!

The view from the terrace is outstanding! 😊 I felt very comfortable and above all welcome from the beginning. This place is highly recommended! The contact with the landlords was very friendly and warm from the beginning. No question went unanswered. I got great tips for hikes and restaurants. In the immediate vicinity of the house start great hiking trails, among other things, to two waterfalls! Thank you for the great time! 🤗

A very pleasant and peaceful stay in this cottage with garden in the heights of the village of Avegno. Nestled in a quiet alley, with very little traffic, we greatly appreciated the calm and the green setting. Everything you need to accommodate two people, sufficient kitchen equipment to make basic meals, an Italian coffee maker and very nice plates. Comfortable mattress and a nice carpet, only the pillows should be changed for a larger and firmer basic model. Beautiful exterior, very pleasant when the sun goes down behind the mountain. Close to two bus stops (Di fuori and Paese). Swimming spot nearby (at the bottom of the Paese bus stop), but beware, if you take the path that goes down to the left you arrive at a naturist spot, which may surprise you. The part on the right is a pebble beach more suitable for families. Good base to shine in the region.
