Holiday rentals with beach access in Swieqi

Wonderful AirBnB with a super responsive host! The flat was spacious and the view from the balcony was wonderful at all times of day, an absolute steal of a place. As a heads up for future guests, the flat has one double bed with an en suite, and two single beds with their own room, and a separate bathroom in the hallway. However, the listed 6 people does assume that the fold out sofa sleeps two - totally doable but soemthing we missed in the initial booking that seems worth mentioning for other folks like me who didn't look close enough :)

Lovely little apartment, was mine and my partners first time visiting Malta and it was perfect walking distance to get a ferry to Valletta, walk to St Paul’s beach or to go for drinks/dinner at the popular St Paul’s strip. Lovely building with all you could need and a brilliant host!

This place is located right next to a lively area, so while the neighborhood itself is quiet, it was incredibly convenient to walk to numerous shops and restaurants. The host was very kind and provided clear guidance for check-in and other details for stay. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything I needed, making my stay very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Jennifer was an amazing host! flexible and accommodating. the studio is accurate to the description, very clean and had all the essentials for my short visit in this peaceful pocket of st Julian's. Easy to get around from the studio, short walk to busy part of st Julian's , busses also stop close by. I would definitely stay again

We had an amazing time at Andrei’s place. He was extremely responsive, with easy check in and our instructions, and even sending us recommendations for things to do in Malta. The flat is in the heart of st Julian’s, which is the nightlife district, so expect things to be a bit loud, but we found the bedroom to be quite soundproof and we slept very well. You are minutes away from the water, as well as many great restaurants and bars. Thank you Andrei for a great time and looking forward to being back in the future, we fell in love with Malta!

Very nice apartment stocked with everything you need, having a private parking space was a nice bonus as well, Dexter was a great host, made check in very easy with in detail instructions and also recommendations throughout our entire trip

We felt really comfortable in this apartment from the start. It’s clean, modern, and has everything you need. The AC in every room was a big plus, and there are TVs in the two main bedrooms. The location is excellent, close to the sea and a nice walking area, plus a big supermarket (very practical). There are plenty of restaurants nearby, from simple fast food to high-end places near the Hilton and Portomaso, only a short walk away. Andrea recommended Odyssey a flying theatre experience in the shopping centre next door. It was surprisingly good for kids and adults. You can also go up to the 32nd floor for a great view and a cocktail. If you don’t feel like going to the beach or if it’s too cold, there’s a heated pool open year-round, about 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by taxi. Even though the apartment is so central, it’s on a quiet street. Everything was easy and well-organized, and Andrea was a great host. If we come back to Malta, we’d book this place again.

We received helpful information from Paul in advance of the trip and were greeted by him personally. The apartment is really spacious and we felt very comfortable there. We would book here again at any time and can recommend the accommodation to others.

Welcoming home suitable for a large familly. Very nice rooftop terrace and all amenities that you need for a pleasant stay away for home.

The house has an amazing atmosphere, especially the terrace, windows and swimming pool. The center looks better than in the pictures. The host was flexible about check-in and check-out times, which was a huge plus.

Ana's place was lovely. Tidy and comfortable and in a very good location but tucked away enough that you're not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. I will be returning.

Barbara and Davide’s place was perfect for exploring Malta! The house is lovely with everything you might need, gorgeous views from the rooftop terrace and their communication is 10/10. It was really easy to get into the home, and it was easy to find. The ferry point right outside made it perfect for exploring Valletta and there were some really amazing restaurants practically on the doorstep. I would 100% recommend!

Had a great time! Edward is a great host and very friendly. The apartment is in the basement and is therefore cool at high temperatures. The terrace also allows plenty of light to enter the apartment. We will be happy to come back!

From the time of booking, communication with Tina was excellent – fast, helpful and with many useful tips (e.g. restaurant list). When we opened the balcony door, the breathtaking view of Valletta immediately inspired us. The location is ideal: ferries and buses are directly opposite, supermarket, restaurants and bars nearby. From the balcony you have a great view of the promenade of Sliema, and yet it is quiet in the apartment - the bedrooms are at the back. If we travel to Malta again, we would book this apartment again immediately. Small note: For Malta, you need an adapter for British sockets (type G).

The place was great, very clean and easy to maintain. The bed was quite comfortable! The air condition cools very quickly:) There was a lot of construction in the area which seems to be the vibe of Malta at this time and a little bit of a nuisance at 7 am! A word of advice….when calling for an uber or a bolt, mention pickup to be on the corner near ‘Lucia’s hair salon’ as for some reason the flats address is hard to find because of the one-way street! There are many great restaurants near Fra Ben (only a 15 minute walk down the street). A good place for ice cream is Tanti ice cream just across the road. Local veggie trucks are accessible everywhere if anyone needs fresh fruits and veggies. A great place to swim in the area where many locals go is behind Fra Ben or Qawra Point a short 15 min walk. It’s a rocky gem! The bus stop is a very close walking distance and Valletta is a beautiful 50 minute bus ride in the morning through quaint villages! A great way to take Malta in!

It was a top accommodation. Everything was exactly as described, and David is truly a superhost. I felt at home and would recommend this accommodation to everyone!

Absolutely amazing property 5⭐️ We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From above and beyond hosts to a stunning spotlessly clean property. Joseph, his son and his team are very accommodating and will do all they can to ensure your stay is way above your expectations. As I type this we are looking at dates for next year to stop here again.

The Apartment was extremely well suited to our needs with up to 4 people, the location is terrific with great views over the Med and harbour and within a few hundred meters of safe sea bathing which we used almost daily. The apartment was very spacious with two large sea facing balconies and had everything we needed for a long family stay (4 weeks). The choice of restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk are endless, and even though the apartment is close to all these amenities it was also surprisingly peaceful. We would recommend to others who are looking for a luxurious place in a fantastic location.

Absolutely amazing stay! Ray and Rosie are wonderful hosts — so warm and attentive. The place is spotless, beautifully maintained, and truly feels like home. Every detail is thoughtfully done. Would love to come back!
