Very homely and very well stocked caravan. Nice and quiet when we stayed. Parking space at the side big enough for 2 cars. Samantha was very helpful and very responsive to messages. Activity passes included making this a very reasonably priced place to stay.

Myself and my family absolutely LOVED the place! So welcoming and easy to find, lots of stuff for adults and kids, everything a short drive away and lovely walks, and will be booking very soon for another break! Thank you!

We had a great stay at Hoburne Bashley. Our host ensured we had all the info for our stay, the cabin was wonderful and the location was great. We went with our 6 year old and he loved the on-site facilities. We would love to stay again.

We spent an enjoyable five days in your lodge. The layout was well designed and the matching decor was delightful. It was well equipped in catering for our needs during our stay. Its site location was convenient and pleasantly quiet. The key entry was great and the instructions easy to follow. Would certainly recommend others to stay at your lodge. Susan

A lovely stay here with great amenities. Sadly we were only informed of the snooker table being refurbished on arrival which was a shame but everything else was wonderful and thoroughly enjoyed. The pool was excellent. The hot tub on the balcony was a nice touch! Thanks Nina & Max

What a spot! I’d highly recommend staying here to anyone thinking about it. We had a lovely stay. The place is great - spacious, bright, very clean and has everything you need (and more!) Fantastic property with amazing views, enjoyed relaxing in the garden overlooking the beach and coastline. Great location for exploring the coast and the restaurants and activities nearby. Loved it and would book again. Andy and Rachel are great hosts.

A beautiful house with all the facilities we could hope for.

The cottage was a beautiful and peaceful place to be at the end of the day after a long walk. Clare made us feel welcome with little things such as milk in the fridge, butter and jam, biscuits…etc. It feels very homely, clean and welcoming. As soon as I stepped in I didn’t want to leave the place! Great location too with cafés close by to have breakfast or lunch and places for drinks and dinner. We had the opportunity to check in early and leave later which made our stay longer, which was well appreciated. I would recommend it to friends and family.

We stayed with both the cottage and cabin with 11 of us and was such an idyllic location. The weather which is often unpredictable was amazing, and made for the perfect BBQ. For 2 nights it was very much a home away from home. Highly recommended and with several pubs in walking distance perfect for get togethers and a stoll to the pub whilst taking in the stunning New Forrest!

A truly special place. The pictures actually don’t do justice to how spacious it is, and how immaculate and well thought out it is, and the Wind in the Willows theme works perfectly in the peaceful surroundings of the riverbank. It’s a really calming and cosy place, and sitting eating breakfast by the riverbank was a joy. The spa bathroom is an extra treat on top. Chris and Judy were extremely proactive and we arrived fully informed with local recommendations and everything was easy to check in and out. We met Judy on the second day who very kindly greeted us and gave us more tips on things to do nearby. We hope one day to return!

Lovely weekend break. Plenty of space and well equipped. Responded quick to our request regarding early check in, which was much appreciated. Children and adults enjoyed the games room. Lovely secluded garden. Hopefully we will be able to return in the future.

This is probably the best AirBnb we have stayed in. The house was immaculate. Well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The garden was great to relax in with a view over the countryside. No issues at all; if there had been Nick was available next door. The beach was perhaps a 10 minutes walk away. Local supermarkets 5 minutes away on foot. We will certainly visit again.

Lovely cottage, full of character with well equipped kitchen and spotless throughout. The check-in was very easy and flexible. The host was proactive with communications. We would definitely recommend this place to others. Details: - Local amenities are good: a Tesco 50 yards away, a pub 30 yards away, a chemist opposite. - It's a 15 min walk into town. - The bedrooms were lovely and immaculate but the beds are small doubles so may not suit all couples. - The driveway is for a single car only, but there is plenty of parking on the street or a car park 20 yards away. - The host provided milk, tea, coffee & bread which was a nice touch.

The property was ideally located for the New Forrest and the surrounding area. Very well equipped, quite, good parking, nice gardens very peaceful

Had a wonderful break at Diane's house. Diane was a fantastic host, even taking time out from her Birthday celebrations to welcome us. Communication was great and Diane was so friendly. The house was absolutely spotless and a real home from home. The extras including drinks, snacks & flowers were very welcome too. Thank you so much Diane

We had a lovely few nights at the cottage. Everything is well thought out , beds comfy and a nice homely feel to the place. Just one tiny thing we thought the shower rooms would benefit from something to store shower gel, shampoo/conditioner whilst showering. Recommend the smugglers inn which a couple of minutes walk from the cottage and the lighthouse which is down at the beach

Our stay was everything we wanted; relaxing, close to beaches/walks, and cosy. Michelle was a great host as she accommodated us with an early check-in as well as clear, helpful information regarding the area. Our paths crossed briefly and her and her husband were both very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is as listed, clean and equipped with all the amenities as detailed on the listing. The location of the property is great too, with Barton Beach a 5min walk away and other local pubs and restaurants a nice 10-15mins walk along the coast. We drove into Bournemouth on our last day which was less than 30mins. Overall, we had a lovely weekend and I would recommend Michelle’s place to anyone visiting the area. 10/10.

We had a very enjoyable stay here, it was very close to the coast and well positioned to explore the New Forest. The place was very clean, spacious and well maintained, in a quiet location which suited us very well. The host was responsive and helpful - all in all, a very agreeable stay.

Unique and amazing location. The window seat provides a 180 degree view of sea and sky across to the Isle of Wight. All very beautiful and dramatic. Clean and well looked after. Enjoyable stay for all the family.

We had the most fantastic stay at Ferndene. As soon as we walked through the door it smelt so fresh and clean! The little welcome pack was so useful. Kate has thought of everything you could possibly need. We loved the hot tub and games room. We also really appreciated the local recommendations and the fantastic farm shop next door. We look forward to visiting again!

We had a great little holiday at Charlotte's place. If this town is where you want to be then I would thoroughly recommend it. The house was perfect for four of us. It is very clean and uncluttered. There is also a nice secluded garden to relax in with a coffee if the weather fine. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. We had some beautiful country walks on the coast. Thanks for a great stay.

Fantastic place - great location - easy walk to nearby shops, cafes and pubs and plenty of walks and bike routes straight from the door. House was perfect - bigger than we anticipated and more than enough space for a family of four + two dogs, with lots of extras provided to make our stay even more comfortable. Zoe was very communicative and helpful with lots of suggestions and tips - couldn't ask for more.

Craig was very responded quickly to my queries. The bungalow s in an ideal location for exploring Ringwood and the new forest. The bungalow was perfect for our needs, it was spacious, extremely clean and homely Thank you for a lovely stay.
