Little Oddity Annex is bright and cosy accommodating two guests. Until recently,It was part of our cottage next door and is believed to have been built with stone from the Castle ruins It is now a separate self- contained unit with its own entrance. There is a small patio area outside the annex door with garden furniture and a barbecue for guests to use. Self contained, bright, clean, heated, homely. Measures 5 x 3.5 mtrs inc bathroom, kitchenette. Own entrance .Can be set up as double or twin. Has microwave, small fridge, kettle, toaster but NO hob, oven or kitchen sink (washing up is done in a bowl). There is a patio with stunning views of the hills and sea. It's close to the coastal path and nature reserve for wonderful walking opportunities and a 2min drive,10/15 min walk, to the town and beach. Parking is on the road outside.

Little gem by the sea, own private entrance

This is a lovely flat with its own patio at the front with table and chairs, and another patio at the rear. It has a large lounge with a separate kitchen diner, a full bathroom and a separate wc. It has that seaside feel to it, with the path down to the beach opposite, 200m We use it for the family so has lots of extras. Swanage town is a 15 min walk along the beach to lovely shops and restaurants. This is a very homely, place, if you are looking for minimalist then its not for you.
