Lovely house in a beautiful area. Balconies for all rooms. Loads of comfy seating all around the house. Tonnes of room for all guests. Gorgeous kitchen. Steps to the front door are a bit steep and somewhat shallow... need to keep your witts about you, especially at night.

Huge smart TV along with amp, Xbox(I think.) with plenty of games. Very quick reply to enquiries Although very close to train station, no real noise or foot traffic past the house. A great team. Would happily stay again.

We stayed here in Autumn and found it was easy to access mullaloo beach, cafes and a local shop just around the corner. It was easy to access places and the freeway. The accommodation matched the description and all towels and linen were provided even beach towels! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to book with a few guests. Plenty of space and although we didn’t use the pool we did use the outside area which was great!

We had a great stay, enjoying the farm animals, the birds and beautiful trees. The location is very good, we could reach the airport, city and others easily from this location. Shopping mall and post office only 3 kms away. The description of the house and how to find it was excellent. Very detailed and helpful instructions in the house, too. Everything was very well explained and we could reach Phill easily when we wanted. Very clean and spacious house. We had a very happy stay there and can only recomment it.

We had a wonderful stay at David's place! The location is truly unbeatable, just 300 meters from the beach. It's incredibly convenient, with easy access to shops for daily necessities. The area is filled with great restaurants by the sea, and I highly recommend visiting them before sunset for a magical experience. During our stay, the dishwasher unfortunately broke down. However, David's team responded promptly and provided outstanding assistance. Their quick and positive reaction really impressed us. The beddings and towels were comfortable. David's team even prepared toiletries and cleaning supplies, and everything was exactly as described. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone. Once again, thank you so much for your care. It was overall a clean and comfortable place. The place is a short drive to supermarket. The hosts were responsive and pleasant and the home was true to pictures. The key amenities such as shower, kettle, fridge, TV worked well. It can get a bit cold on cold days as not all rooms are installed with heaters. The hosts were also kind to provide clear instructions ahead of our arrival and stayed in touch via Airbnb to ensure that everything is fine. Thank you for hosting us at your home.

The older style complex is beautifully maintained and surprisingly quiet. The unit is lovely, it is clean and nicely decorated. Literally walk across the road and you are at the beach and one block away from the restaurants cafe's and supermarket. Undercover parking is a pleasant bonus. Georgina instantly replied to all of my messages and couldn't have been more helpful.
