Holiday rentals with breakfast in Swan River

The Laneway Studio was perfect for our stay - in a great location and felt very much like home! The entrance, little lights and outside area were welcoming and cosy. It was lovely to have Galatis (shop/deli) just a short walk from the studio and to be close to lots of great cafes, bakeries etc. in the area and in South Freo. The studio is a good size and had everything we needed for our stay (including a washing machine which was really handy to have). Nicole always replied quickly to messages, she was super friendly and accommodating (e.g. allowing use of garage for parking car, agreeing to late check-out etc). I would 100% reccommend a stay in/around Wray Avenue and at the Laneway Studio.

Loved the area! H was an excellent host and very accommodating. The place is perfect for a couple or young family! Walking distance from Cafe's shops and the train line. 2 minute walk from the Woodbridge Hotel (one of my favourite pubs in Perth)

Beautiful home away from home. felt right at home instantly! Cosy yet spacious back yard and lovely surroundings for you to take your fur baby to! brang our dogs along for the stay and they loved every moment with us! so we are grateful for Dardi and Brett allowing us to bring the whole family :) thankyou both again!

This is our second visit to Kecheng and May Place, and it feels just like coming home. Everything is as well maintained and welcoming as we remembered, and we’re growing even more familiar and comfortable with the homestay. Truly a home away from home.

We had a wonderful stay at Lorna's Airbnb. The location was perfect for exploring, with easy access to attractions, freeways, and both local shops and Westfield. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the house itself was fantastic. Lorna was a great host, always quick to respond and offer helpful local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!

Accommodation suited the requirements of what we were after, would recommend to others.

A beautiful home, thoughtfully furnished for a family or a group to reside together. The swimming pool was great ! It's a nice place to relax, swim and chill. We were pleasantly surprised with a basket of fresh fruits in the house. The fridge and pantry was stocked up with the basic needs for our stay. Because of the fantastic accommodation we had a great holiday in Perth, Australia.

Bec’s Ocean Reef house was absolutely stunning. From relaxing to going to beach this is the most amazing Air BnB experience we have ever had - everything you needed was provided. Highly recommend this beautiful location & wonderful hosts.

Fiona was lovely. She gave us privacy all weekend and was so friendly when we saw her. Felt at home as soon as we got there and she had wine, chocolate, milk, bread, coffee, tea etc in the kitchen for us! 10 min walk from freo markets. Lovely spot.

This is a super well-equipped apartment, a home away from home. It is walking distance to the beach, to great restaurants and cafes and also to Coles. We loved the apartment so much, will definitely book again if we come back to Scarborough beach area. Caroline and Zeke were super responsive.

The Boathouse was a home away from home. Liz and Chris were great hosts, they prepared everything - including breakfast food and even asked for my preferences beforehand. Place was as described, cozy and give real privacy while it has all the amenities from kitchenware, laundry, etc. Pico, their dog, is super friendly and would excitedly greet me if he sees me leaving. Place has strong WiFi and most of all, the two hosts were lovely, responsive and accommodating. I stayed for 12 days and would definitely come back when I'm visiting Perth again. Thank you Liz & Chris for making my stay easy, comfortable and just overall warm.

Igor's place was extremely comfortable. Had everything we needed and was extremely clean. Perfect position for visiting family nearby. Igor is very friendly and helpful. 10/10 host!

An enjoyable stay. A very tidy, clean, spacious home in a quite neighbourhood. Everything we needed for a two day trip to Perth. An easy walk to good coffee and groceries. Jennifer was lovely when we saw her at checkin and check out. Highly recommend.

Kate's place was amazing! I stayed with my family which there was a baby who almost 2 years and she lent us some books for baby. Kate recommended some places even restaurants in Perth. I highly recommend if you want to stay in Como, Perth. I will definitely back again!

Easy going and a really comfortable stay. There were other guests there, but the way the place is set up made it pretty accommodating & she has a great spa... almost swimming pool size.

We stayed 6 nights after booking at short notice for a family funeral. At arrival we were greeted by a perfect selection of breakfast provisions plus a few little treats. The location was great for us to explore the area by car but we also walked into Fremantle. We cooked our own dinners, washed our clothes and had everything we needed. Off street parking was perfect for our hire car. The ducks in the yard where Trish lives were an added bonus! I highly recommend staying here.

Loved this place! Shame it was only for a night!!! You could see and feel how much thought (and love) went into every detail of Libby’s place. The decor was just stunning, linen was clean and fresh, instructions clear and bed was comfy! Loved reading the family background too- was a nice little touch in the guide! Would definitely stay again.

An amazing alternative option in Perth that boasts a pool, bar area, pool table and cinema room! We would absolutely come back to stay in this homestay! Thanks guys

My stay here was well above what I expected and suited me perfectly. It was very clean which I loved. Also central , with the bus stop into the city a short stroll away. Michele communicated well and was there to great me. Will definitely stay again when I’m in Perth.
