The apartment is set in the hip area of Maylands, a short walk from the various cafes along 8th Avenue. The vibrant shops, cafes, and eateries along Beaufort Street and station are steps away. It’s a 15-minute drive from Perth International Airport. With Maylands Train Station only 400m away, it is easy to get to and from the apartment via public transport. There is parking on site, with additional free on-street parking if you have multiple cars. We provide tea, coffee (with your own Nespresso machine) and milk for your breakfast. Please cook! We would like to share our 1907 original weatherboard beach house with others as it is so special. Only metres from a stunning long sandy beach, it's a short walk to some great cafes. You have your own entrance, bedroom, lounge and bathroom. Rooms have their original jarrah panelling and floorboards and have been recently restored to their original 1907 character. There is a microwave, fridge, kettle and TV in the lounge and both rooms have aircon. Double sofa bed in the lounge for extra guests.
