Holiday rentals with lake access in Svinninge

Very nice house, with great views to all sides, inside spacious and very tasteful, warm despite the temporary cold, good kitchen equipment, we cooked 4x. Then also especially nice that there is the new ferry through the archipelago to Stockholm, bus to Gustavsberg does not run very regularly, but after all, a car is better for shopping. Klara and her mother-in-law were very helpful and friendly. Everything wonderful

Jenny's house in Lidingö was truly wonderful! The home is warm, inviting, and beautifully decorated, reflecting the genuine charm of a family living there. Our time at this place was just fantastic! From the first moment, we felt incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness and coziness of the house were outstanding, and the lovingly designed details of the furnishings inspired us again and again. Each room was furnished with so much taste and a sense of something special that it resulted in a harmonious and inviting overall picture – almost like a home away from home. The sauna and fireplace in particular perfectly rounded off our stay and provided unforgettable moments of well-being. An absolute highlight was the snowfall on New Year's Eve, which turned the already picturesque surroundings into a true winter wonderland. This combination of fantastic scenery and exceptional accommodation has made our Sweden vacation just as we had dreamed of it. We would have liked to have stayed longer! Staying at this lakeside house by Kroksjön was an exceptional experience. The cleanliness was impeccable everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. The fireplaces were a highlight. Both the traditional wood-burning and modern styles created a warm, cozy atmosphere in the evenings a perfect way to unwind in the middle of nature. The private hot tub overlooking the lake was absolutely amazing. Soaking in the warm water while surrounded by peaceful nature was incredibly relaxing and added a special touch to the whole experience. The house is surrounded by pure nature, peaceful, serene, and filled with the calming sound of birdsong. Wallbox charger for our electric car was a major convenience. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved staying at Magdalena's place, it was impeccable clean and exactly like the photos. We were two young families visiting and enjoyed the living area and ofcourse the sauna. We took walks around the neighbourhood and cooked every day, the beds are very comfy and would love to come back. Also Magdalena is a superhost responding swiftly to all our questions and super accommodating. Thank you so much for having us.

A brilliant spot approximately 30 min drive from the centre of Stockholm. Right by the water with sea views and 9min drive to the local town. Our family (kids aged 9 and 12) loved the pool and hot tub. Elin and Johan were great and the house had everything we needed. Hoping to come back soon.

This is our second time staying here and we can’t wait to come back for a third. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and everything anyone would need. But add in the Jörgen is an amazing host! Responsive to any questions and friendly! The check in and check out process is the easiest we have ever had and we can’t wait to come back again! I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to stay here

The appartment was very well-equipped and perfect for one person during a long stay (one month). Birgitta and Anders are nice and caring hosts; the communication was friendly and easygoing. Issues with the internet connection were shared and quickly resolved. Gribbylund is a lovely neighborhood and the appartement is only 5min from a beautiful lake (which was frozen when I arrived, adding to the overall area's appeal). Walk trails are also available nearby in Täby. Groceries can be done in Täby Centrum (around 40min by foot): a Lidl and KFC are at around the same distance. A ICA store is located closer but I did not check it out. As a note, the ceiling is not specifically soundproof, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to occasional noise (the main house is located upstairs and the garage is at the door). Beautiful apartment in a lovely area, very responsive and helpful host

We stayed at Christian and Jaquemine's place for 30 days, and it was our first Airbnb experience. The flat is in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood. The nearby areas are perfect for hiking, with beautiful lakes, islets, beaches, and green forests with deer and other wildlife. Although the location seems far from the city on the map, frequent buses to Slussen take just 30 minutes, making it easy to reach the city centre whenever we wanted. I worked remotely during our stay, and the internet connection and workspace were excellent. The flat has everything one might need, and we never had issues wanting specific items, making it ideal for longer stays. I slept in both sleeping areas, and both were comfortable and spacious. The hosts were welcoming and kind. When my flight was postponed, they kindly offered to store my luggage even after check-out. They provided many thoughtful offers, showing how helpful and caring they are. I have no complaints and highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time in Stockholm! After the daily sightseeing program, then quickly to the quiet suburb with subway and bus, good transport links. Relaxed end to the day in a nice area by the lake. Thomas even picked us up from the train at check-in and showed us how and where the subway goes, the bus stops and shopping, explained everything super. The apartment was perfectly furnished with everything you need, very nice Nordic simple and functional, very spacious, bathroom with bathtub and shower. Kitchen with everything sufficiently equipped. The contact with Thomas and Madeleine was very warm, never intrusive and always courteous. We had a perfect vacation (in wonderful summer weather) and thank the two very much for their hospitality. We would come back anytime!

The place is beautiful . Extremely clean, comfortable and warm. The yard behind is lush green and we saw deer on both days! The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all amenities possible . Highly recommend their space .

Amazing place!! Stina was very helpful and even picked us up with her boat at the jetty because we had a lot of stuff, she was very responsive and we could also use the sauna etc. We had a great stay here!!

A real little haven of peace! The accommodation is modern, well arranged and perfectly located by the sea with breathtaking views. We loved the tranquility of the surrounding nature. Ideal to unwind. Everything was clean and well thought out, the host is responsive and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Peter and Marin’s sea cottage has a beautiful location, with an ever-interesting view of the sea channel into Stockholm. Lovely forest walks nearby. A very memorable stay.

We had a great time on the island. For us, a small family with two children, the small house was the perfect compromise between being in the city, but also having the possibility to be in nature. Michael was very friendly and helpful. The fact that we could use the canoe, was a very nice extra. It gave us the possibility to do something active rather than just being in the city of Stockholm. The ferry to the mainland, which is included in the public transport, was also nice for us to take. We had a very nice stay. Thanks Michael!

We had a fantastic stay. Absolutely loved the location and the space. The lawn is great for a game of Kubb. Could have been left in better condition by previous guests (rubbish not taken out, etc) but excellent value for money.

We loved our stay! The location is beautiful with nice walks nearby. The cottage is very well equipped. The sauna and wharf are picturesque. Ulla and Karl-Gustav are the most fantastic hosts. Very kind, responsive and available but also respect the space. We would love to come back!

Franziska and her husband were very friendly and helpful, super responsive and came over immediately to help us with anything . the place was beautiful, with very walkable trails nearby to a lake.
