House holiday rentals in Sveti Vid-Miholjice

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

A truly beautiful property, with great attention to detail, in a beautiful blooming garden, a well-kept pool, a stone's throw away from a beautiful secluded beach. The various terraces left nothing to be desired, the outdoor grill is fantastic, the surrounding nature (we met deer, sheep, a turtle and wild boars) a dream. We woke up to the oriole's song and were greeted in the morning by butterflies. Hiking, cycling, swimming, chilling... it's 30 minutes to the city (and thus to the nearest supermarket). Thank you, dear Maja, for the nice welcome gift - and for sending me my forgotten e-book! We will definitely come back to your paradise.

We vacationed with our friends in Villa Propuh over New Year's Eve and it was just fantastic! The villa corresponds exactly to the pictures – beautiful, clean and with an incredible view. The hot tub and sauna were the absolute highlight, perfect to relax after a long day. The landlady is super friendly and accommodating, you immediately feel welcome. All in all, a perfect place for an unforgettable vacation. We will definitely be coming back!

The house and surroundings are perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. Except for birds, you don't hear much there. The most beautiful is the evening sun, which sits over the property and gives it a magic. Kitchen is in the covered outdoor area, with a large grill. We had everything from a quiet shooting star night to the pool party and enjoyed every minute. For the drive to the quiet beach (not 5min) we got a car as the road is a bit bumpy. Had the 10 days at your disposal. But we thought it was fun, rounded off the vacation. For people who are afraid of insects, it may be nothing, we have discovered something new every day:) But everything is harmless. Will miss the evening view of the sea!

We had a lovely stay at Gianna’s place. The view is very nice and the surrounding is peaceful. The bed were comfortable. There is AC everywhere in the rooms. The house is functional. Maybe some pans in the kitchen in better shape would be nice. The outdoor is nice and the pool was very appreciated. We stayed during the beginning of June and temperature was nice on the terrace. Maybe more shadows on the terrace for warmer day would be a +. It’s really nice to have this outdoor kitchen. The outside furniture is confortable. (Some towels for the pool/ beach could be given) The location is nice. You can reach Krk island in 10 min. Lots of nice beaches and even dog friendly beaches within 10-15 minutes. Having a car is a must. In conclusion, we had a very nice stay, the outdoor with the view is great. The house is functional. Gianna is really nice and gave us some advices to visit and for restaurants. Thank you. We would definitely come back. :)

Our stay at Nadija and Renato's went really well. The house and its exterior are really accurate to the photos. The house is spacious and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We were 6 adults and a baby and we all had our personal space. Nadija and Renato are very responsive and attentive hosts. There was no crib and Renato bought and delivered one on the day of our arrival (Sunday). We couldn't enjoy the outdoors because of the weather, but the pool is sensational! And the view, wow!!! We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

The villa is in superb position, everything can be reached on foot, like restaurants, or the beach. The interior is very nice and all was neat and in a very good way. We will definitely come back next time.

Great place, down to earth and original!

Our stay at this beautiful house was more than we wished for! Marina & Zeljko has been the best hosts ever making us feel like home, giving us the best recommendations, checking up on us to make sure we had everything we need and being so generous and letting us try homemade and local products. The animals around the house was appreciated by both young & old. The AC in the house worked very well even on the hottest days. The pool and the outside area was clean and very well kept! This is the perfect holiday home for a family. We would love to come back!

Barbara was a wonderful host, always very helpful and gave us great tips. There were also delicious things from her own garden for us to taste. The location was fantastically quiet, the garden wonderfully maintained and the pool magnificent! Thanks for a special vacation!! ☺️

We had a very lovely time in the accommodation as well as in Malinska. Port, Restaurants and a small local Beach within walking distance. The apartment was nicely furnished and comfortable and had a nice terasse in the garden outside. It was very comfy & well air conditioned. Communication was very fast, nice and helpful with the host. Place is nice and clean, it is close to the beach and is a great place to take beautiful walls to Njivice Center. It was a bit small place for us, with a baby, but a terrace saved us :).

Karlo's house matches the description provided, it's a beautiful place to stay. The outdoor space is well equipped, great for relaxing after a day at sea. The porch offers the possibility of alfresco dining in comfort even with the possibility of a large barbecue. The interiors are well arranged and upstairs there is the must-have (in summer) air conditioning. Tomislav and Dominique, who welcomed us, were very welcoming and helpful.

The rooms are decorated with beautiful antique furniture and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. The garden is an extension of the house with an incredible, well-stocked outdoor kitchen and dining area with views of the sea. It was evident that Mira is a master gardener because her garden was one of the most beautiful we had ever seen with blooming plants and butterflies everywhere we turned. The pool was the cherry on top with panoramic views of the valley and sea. The location was perfect…quiet and private yet lots of restaurants and shops only 10 minutes away. Pictures cannot capture the beauty of Villa Mirabilis. This is easily one of our favorite AirBnBs we have ever stayed in and our kids are already asking to go back. We spent ten wonderful days as a family in Jasmina's house. It is in an extraordinarily beautiful location in the middle of the island, surrounded by a beautiful garden with a leafy pergola, various outdoor seating options, a cozy barbecue area as well as a really large and clean pool, which was greatly appreciated by the whole family. The garden and the pool are really an absolute highlight. The house was sparkling clean inside and above-average well-equipped: in fact, we had to get almost nothing new: coffee powder, toilet paper, towels, lighter, scissors, charcoal... everything was available. The reception was crowned with plenty of fruit and vegetables as well as a large snack platter and fresh bread, so that after the long car journey we only had to sit down and start the holiday straight away. Many beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by car and the sea was full of colorful fish. Top!!!
