Dragana is a wonderful woman with an amazing place. Clean, spacious, well equipped, and a great location. Parking is easy, even with a van. There are multiple bathrooms and 3 people can shower at the same time with hot water. The room ACs work well and cool off the rooms quickly. The apartment is located within a 10 minute walk of multiple delicious restaurants and 15 minutes from the waterfront scene. I highly recommend Dragana's place.

We stayed two nights in 8 people. The points in favor are definitely the beautiful private pool and barbecue on the terrace. The beach is a 10 minute walk from the apartment, close to the port area. The interior of the apartment was clean, spacious and cool thanks to the air conditioning on each floor. Damir, the landlord, has always been helpful and friendly for our every request. Many nearby restaurants, however, did not accept reservations so it was difficult to find a place for 8 people.

We had a great stay in the beautiful house of Tomislav and his wife. The two are very nice. Five adults and 2 small children were present. The house is great, with everything you need and more. The upper two rooms are especially very comfortable. The integrated insect protection on the windows and doors is really good. You can also completely darken it. The upper two rooms and the living room have air conditioning. With small children, the spiral staircase is not ideal, but we were already aware of that from the advertisement. The kitchen is well equipped, everything is there for cooking. For tall people, the kitchen is ideal, but for those under 1.65m, it is quite high and you can hardly see into the pots or reach the buttons of the extractor hood, for example. In the garden or on one of the terraces you will find a shaded place at any time of day, where you can have a good time. The covered pool is very nice, but at 35 degrees it was not very refreshing as the cooling was broken. He brought us fun anyway. The island of KRK is beautiful and diverse. From the secluded bay to the beach with loungers and a kiosk, everything is included.

Our stay at this place was wonderful. I had five adults, one child and one toddler stay there The communication with the hostess has been very easy and absolutely satisfactory. We were very surprised when we arrived, as the place was even better than you could expect from the photos. Located in a quiet residential area with very nice neighbors. You can reach the beach, the promenade and various restaurants and smaller shops in 5-10 minutes. The house was very clean and had everything you need for a summer vacation. Most of the time in the accommodation we spent by the large pool (with loungers and outdoor shower) and on the spacious terrace. The kitchen, bathrooms and three sleeping rooms were very well equipped. Our hosts were always available and very friendly. All in all a very successful holiday in Njivice.

Very nice and clean house. We‘ve been welcomed by the owners, who showed us around. The house is well equiped and we also got some beverages and cookies as we arrived. I would definitely recommend this place.

You will not find a better location for a summer holiday. The pool and garden are overlooking the bay and you reach the beach through some steps within a minute. The view is fantastic and the terrasse with its huge table is the best spot for grand dinners. We were two families with 9 grown ups plus a dog. Strolling along the coast and having coffee at the seafront is a few minutes away and so are restaurants and grocery stores. Parking the cars in front of the house was also very convenient. The host was extremely fast in answering queries and helpful at all times. We will be back for sure!

Ivica was very accommodating. We couldn't arrive until a day later because I was sick and didn't have to cancel or pay extra for the two days. The place was spotlessly clean, quiet location and very check in and communication were hassle-free. We definitely recommend this place. Thanks for the stay.

We arrived at Kristina's house after a very long trip, characterized by an 8-hour break at the emergency room in Vicenza... So we made ample effort to the check-in limit, but we had no problem getting to the house and accessing it even if it was the last one at night for the guest's availability. The house is also beautiful, clean, large and super quiet. Added value is the large maple that is populated with birds in the morning, the patio to eat out, and the canopy to repair the car. We recommend it to those who want to stay in a quiet place and are willing to get around by car.

Peaceful accommodation with a nice little garden. You reach the beach in about 10 minutes. There is a bakery very close and small supermarkets about 5 minutes away. We were picked up from the bus station by Ingrid’s husband. All in all very nice place to stay for a family vacation.

Beautiful accommodation where nothing is lacking. Everything you need to spend a perfect vacation. Super clean and well equipped. The location is fabulous, you can reach many attractions in just a few minutes' drive. But in the house with its pool, you feel so comfortable that you almost don't want to leave. We had a great time there as a family with (almost) adult children.

The home is beautiful, cozy, and was the hub for me and my extended family's week trip on Krk. What a wonderful place and host... who was eager to help with anything I needed, and gracious enough to let us stay a few extra hours to pack up our stuff, as my daughter and her cousins were not so eager for us to leave on time :)

Nina’s apartment was a great choice for 8 people for a relaxing vacation. The apartment is large enough to have privacy for everyone, but also has a large kitchen where we could cook together. The pool and table tennis was the best. Nina is a really nice and helpful host, we would happily return someday!

Great place to stay, you feel like you're in a rainforest, wonderful views, the nearest restaurant is 2km away, but if you're looking for a relaxing holiday to unwind, this is the place to be right. Internet reception was not always 100% stabiö, but completely sufficient as was 4 with a dog and you had enough space.

We had a wonderful time in Lana's place!! We stayed for 2 weeks, we were six adults and a small kid, and we have more than enough space for all of us. The house is spacious, clean and on a periphery of the Njivice, so it was very quiet and calm. The beach is ca 500 m on foot. We had everything we needed, the kitchen is well-equipped, there is AC in the living room and in the bedroom area. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher, which made our stay very easygoing. There is a nice seating area outside, and we had all our meals outside for all of 2 week stay. Communication with Lana and her family was flowless. It was easy to agree with them on anything, and they were always open and ready to help. The two weeks we spent there was pure enjoyment, and we would be happy to go back again :)

We had concerns in the beginning because the landlord was staying on the property. However, the property is really brilliantly laid out and you stay out of the way. In addition, the rental was a very nice and charming person. We really felt at home and can only recommend everyone to vacation here. All was perfect!

Ivan and his family were really welcoming and reactive. The appartement was clean and well equipped. I'll come back for sure.
